When questioned regarding the performance Driver Z Butcher stated that after trotting roughly over the early stages he had been unable to make ground on the body of the field. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have signs of mild muscular soreness in the off hind. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days. Trainer D Balle advised Stewards on 22 November that KIMKAR DASH has been freshened since her disappointing performance and been served.
