Driver S Whatuira admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly in this incident and after hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Whatuira's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 30 August 2024 (3 days). Stewards questioned driver T Williams in accordance with Rule 872A in relation to the horse being driven by him from the track to the stabling area at the conclusion of the race.
