Driver R May admitted an associated charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground and after hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr May's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 4 May up to and including 14 May 2025 (4 days). NELLIE DOYLE - checked and broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Promoted to 4th placing following a protest.

After considering all the evidence, Stewards determined no further action was warranted.
