After viewing the replays and speaking with Mr House, it was established that his right foot became entangled in the removable deafeners cord when attempting to activate them and when returning his foot to the sulky footrest, it had slipped and made accidental contact with the mare's hind leg. After considering all the evidence, Stewards determined no further action was warranted.
