| ROBYNS HUSTLER - contacted the final track marker prior to the passing lane. Stewards withheld authorisation of 3rd placing until they had reviewed the footage and were satisfied the gelding had not gained an advantage at this stage of the race. Junior driver M Hill, who declined the assistance of a senior driver, admitted a charge under Rule 869(7A)(a) in that he allowed his horse to contact a track marker near the 200m. After viewing replays and considering penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $150. | |
