After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mrs Buckland-Stevens' Amateur driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 21 May 2025 (6 weeks). | |
MILEY ACE - broke shortly after the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Weakened from the 600m. | |
FOVEAUX GAMBLER - driver C Negus defended a breach of the Push Out Rule 869(4)(6)(b) and (c) alleging she shifted outwards near the 1500m forcing FRANCO HOFFMAN to race wider on the track. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mrs Negus the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and imposed a fine of $250. | |

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 19 April up to and including 25 April 2025 (2 days). Mr McCormick also admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip free of the rein rounding the final bend and again early in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from 26 April up to and including 30 April 2025 (2 days). | |
