| Driver N Williamson (ALWAYS BE BATMAN) defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly leaving the final bend when allowing his runner to shift ground inwards checking HERE'S JOHNY which broke in consequence losing all chance. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and following submissions on penalty suspended Mr Williamson's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 March up to and including 21 March 2025 (3 days). |
