Race 6 - SANTANA MINERALS LTD MOBILE PACE |
Trainer B Waldron defended a charge under Rule 864(1)(2)(a) and the Approved Gear Regulations alleging that FRANCO CHAPLIN raced in unapproved gear due to the nose flap protruding past the horse's nose. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from Stewards, Judge B Young and Mr Waldron the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and following penalty submissions imposed a fine of $450. |
