Mr Orange defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly near the 350m when striking the sulky wheel of TOP POCKET CHANCE resulting in the tyre puncturing. After viewing replays and hearing from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Mr Orange's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 2 March up to and including 9 March 2025 (4 days). | |
