Race 1   DUNSTAN SPEEDFEED SUMMER SERIES - FILLIES & MARES MOB PACE
DEBBIE LINCOLN - raced wide early.
SUNSET STRIP - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier manners.
Race 2   LINCOLN FARMS MOBILE PACE
LEWEY MAGUIRE - lay in contacting track markers near the 1300m and again near the 900m. Broke near the 750m losing ground. Paced roughly near the 450m but soon settled. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. When questioned Driver J Dickie confirmed he had encountered difficulty in steering this runner and would be recommending a gear change.
DOMINUS - lay in contacting a track marker near the 300m.
Race 3   DUNSTAN SPEEDFEED SUMMER SERIES - SPECIAL HANDICAP TROT
MONARO MEG - lay in on the turns and out racing through the straights.
PIRAYAS - lay in rounding the turns.
I'LL CALL YOU - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Broke again near the 1500m losing all chance.
ROYAL PETITE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
HAYLEY MHOR - broke entering the first turn losing ground.
MAJESTIC CRACKER - broke shortly after the start hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Broke again near the 1800m losing all chance.
TRAVELIN SOLDIER - Driver T Herlihy reported that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MISS BEBE - slow early losing ground.
RISE TO THE OCCASION - broke near the 450m losing its chance.
BUSY CANOODLING - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Broke near the 300m losing ground before settling.
Race 4   GALLAGHER INSURANCE MOBILE PACE
IRON HEART - raced keenly middle stages.
KOWALSKI - lay in rounding the turns.
MIKI MIRAGE - lay out when leading at various stages and in particular rounding the final turn despite the efforts of Driver P Ferguson.
AUNTY ROSE - paced roughly passing the 400m.
CARRERA HOMBRE - raced wide from the 750m.
MASTER SAVOY - paced roughly in the score up and was back from position at dispatch. Driver T Herlihy advised that the gelding had jumped a mark on the track where the machinery exits with no further action being taken on this occasion.
Race 5   MANY THANKS TO PETER MAY - RETIRING ATC STEWARD MOB PACE
ALWAYS B YOU - shifted out in the run home when clear in the lead despite the efforts of Driver Z Butcher.
HERB - lay in late in the run home and raced over the final two track markers.
CLAUDE - broke for several strides shortly after the start when contacting the sulky wheel of ALWAYS FLYIN. It was established that both runners had shifted ground marginally with no further action deemed necessary. Weakened in the run home.
TWO EYE SEE - over-raced middle stages.
ROUGH AND READY - hung in late in the score up and was back from position at dispatch despite the efforts of Driver J Abernethy. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Weakened in the run home.
Race 6   GOLDEN GAIT 2025 - ENTER YOUR HORSE NOW MOBILE PACE
SHOWTYM GIRL - lay in contacting track markers rounding the final turn and again near the 150m when looking for a run in the passing lane. Driver L Hibell was issued with a warning.
INFAMEE - a middle carrier came adrift during the running. This gear was inspected and found to have been taped with no action being taken against Co-Trainers S & A Telfer accordingly. Lay in having to be steadied rounding the final turn and raced over several track markers. Authorisation of this runner's 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the colt had not gained any unfair advantage in this incident.
DEMON BLUE - when questioned regarding the performance Co-Trainer/Driver M Purdon stated that this runner only battled in the run home after having received a favourable run and he was disappointed with its effort. Mr Purdon further stated that he would have blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days. Stewards will follow up with the results. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormality.
Race 7   GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PUKEKOHE TROT
CONRAD H - broke briefly at the start. Hampered by RUN FOREST RUN near the 350m losing ground.
HILLBILLY BLUES - trotted roughly shortly after the start then broke losing all chance.
ROCK ON JAZZ - the deafener hood became detached after having been activated near the 700m. Broke near the 400m losing its chance.
RUN FOREST RUN - over-raced early and middle stages. Blundered when challenging four wide near the 350m and fell but quickly regained its feet. Was immediately attended to by the Veterinarian with the Horse Ambulance not being required. A post-race veterinary examination revealed abrasions to the offside knee and also to the jaw which required treatment. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. Driver L Neal was checked by oncourse St John Ambulance staff and found to have sustained some bruising.
Race 8   ATC SUPPORTS TEAM TEAL MOBILE PACE
RIVERGIRL BELLA - lay in entering the first turn having to be steadied which enabled LINCOLN LOVER to shift down on to the back of the leader.
LINCOLN DOWNS - lay in rounding the turns contacting a track marker near the 1250m then again near the 250m.
Race 9   LONE STAR ALEXANDRA PARK HANDICAP TROT
ITAINTNECESSARILYSO - broke at the start losing ground. Junior Driver M Ranger (assisted by B Hackett) defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly racing into the first turn by allowing her gelding to shift inwards when not sufficiently clear resulting in VORONOV (L Chin) being checked and breaking. After hearing the relative evidence and viewing the replays the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Ms Ranger's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 4 March 2025 (2 days).
VORONOV - trotted roughly in the early stages. Checked and broke racing into the first turn losing ground.
TAYLAD TO USE - lay in rounding the turns.
