General

General
Following a number of runners being back from position at dispatch in Races 4 and 5 Stewards viewed the replays and questioned Starter G Phillips in relation to the score ups. Mr Phillips advised that on those occasions he may have accelerated prior to the starting point being reached and undertook to rectify this going forward. Accordingly, Stewards extended some leniency in assessing driver culpability.
