Supplementary

Cambridge Harness - Friday, 17th January 2025
Race 6 - DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS WAIKATO TROTTING BREEDERS STAKES HCP TROT
Subsequent to the race day at Waikato Bay of Plenty Harness meeting on 17 January 2025, it was brought to the Stewards' attention that there may be an error in the placings for Race 6. On review of the evidence, the Stewards ascertained that the judge incorrectly placed the horses in third and fourth position. The issue was raised with the Judge who accepted that an error had been made. There are no provisions in the Rules for Stewards to amend Judges' placings after the payment of dividends has commenced and accordingly the official placings will remain unchanged. It was noted that the connections of the affected horse were compensated for the error after the RIB notified the Governing body.
