Race 2 - TACO THURSDAY AT THE CLUBHOUSE SPORTS BAR MOBILE PACE
Co-Trainer R Green advised Stewards on the 24 January that LINCOLN LA MOOSE had recovered well and will be driven with a trail in the immediate future should circumstances permit.
Race 8 - MVS EQUINE PROVINCIAL PACERS HEAT 5 MOBILE PACE
Co-Trainer R Green advised Stewards on the 24 January that blood tests taken from ONYX SHARD had come back clear and that the mare will continue with its preparation.

Race 1   PRE 49'S HOT ROD SHOW & SHINE 9TH FEB@CR MOBILE TROT
HELSINGOR - lay in and trotted roughly near the 1750m.
ITBETTERBENOW - broke near the 400m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
LOVEMEAGAIN - shifted in under pressure late in the run home. Authorisation of this runner's 1st placing was withheld until Driver J Stormont (SASSY STAR - 2nd placing) confirmed that his chances had not been affected.
ITAINTNECESSARILYSO - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
BERTHA'S PRIDE - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. Broke near the 1800m when trailing the field and was retired from the event.
CRAZY - pre-race warmed. Broke in the early stages of the score up and took no part. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
Race 2   GAVELHOUSE.COM MOBILE PACE
WORDS - Driver A Poutama reported that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
ANNA - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Broke near the 300m when at the rear losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier and racing manners. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality.
AUNTY ROSE - lay in rounding the turn approaching the 800m.
INNOCENT MAN - paced roughly at various stages and in particular near the 750m and then again passing the 300m.
TINA ACE - raced erratically when shifting up the track late in the run home.
FINAL CHANGE - when questioned regarding the performance Driver D Butcher advised that he was satisfied with the effort in what was the gelding's second raceday start.
Race 3   GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUND MOBILE PACE
IRISH WHISPERS - unable to hold the back of the leader DOMINUS entering the back straight the first time when the tempo increased markedly which enabled BARBAROSSA to be steadied and shift down to fill that position.
BLUE CHIP LOU - over-raced briefly middle stages.
Race 4   TAB PROVINCIAL TROTTERS FINAL HANDICAP TROT
KAWARAU LIL - weakened in the run home.
VORONOV - raced four wide from the 650m. Broke near the 200m.
DREAMS PAT - raced three wide from the 650m. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer/Driver D Balle stated that after being slow early adding to his 20m handicap that he had then had difficulty making up ground when forced wide rounding the final turn.
Race 5   TAB PROVINCIAL PACERS FINAL MOBILE PACE
HEAVEN HIGH - raced in restricted room near the 300m and then broke when to the inside of DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, which lay in despite the efforts of Driver T Mitchell. HEAVEN HIGH was then retired from the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with Trainer O Gillies in the coming days.
AYE AYE CAPTAIN - briefly competed for a position in the running line with JOES ROCK rounding the first turn before then racing in restricted room after MATAI PHIL improved to its inside. Again raced in restricted room rounding the home turn.
HOORAY HENRY - when questioned regarding the performance Driver Z Butcher advised that he had been unable to make ground when having to race wide on the final bend and then only battled in the run home. Trainer D Butcher indicated that he would probably look to freshen the gelding before resuming. Stewards will follow up with Mr Butcher in the coming days.
DOO YOU WANT ME - a post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. When questioned regarding the performance Driver C Hackett advised that she had been unable to make ground when racing wide on the final bend before weakening in the run home. Trainer S Doody indicated that he would probably look to spell the gelding before resuming. Stewards will follow up with Mr Doody in the coming days.
Race 6   SUMMER OUTDOOR MOVIE SERIES AT THE RACEWAY MOBILE PACE
JACCKA OPA - locked stays with SISTER LOVE late in the run home.
NAROBI - held up throughout the run home.
SISTER LOVE - shifted in and locked stays with JACCKA OPA late in the run home.
