Drivers M Hay (RAKERO SCOTTY) and H Orange (DIDJASHOUTTHEBAR) were shown the replays and warned in relation to the manner in which they drove rounding the first turn when jostling for a position in the running line at the rear for some distance.

SCOOTS - driver A Pyers was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
SENIOR CONSTABLE LIZ - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Broke again near the 1000m losing ground.
HOT JESSIE - pre-race warmed. Broke shortly after the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. Broke again near the winning post on the first occasion losing further ground. Broke under pressure near the 50m and failed to settle. A warning was also placed on the mare's racing manners.
HENRIK LUNDQVIST - over-raced middle stages. Broke for several strides near the 1000m before being taken forward to lead.
KING OF DIAMONDS - broke briefly at the start. Checked and broke again near the 1100m losing all chance.
TRIFOLIUM - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
MENTALIST - broke near the 1100m checking a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.

RAY SAUCE - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
BET ON POLLY - hampered by a breaking runner near the 650m.
MISS WOODVILLE - hampered by a breaking runner near the 650m.
GOLDEN LINE - raced wide early before crossing to the parked position near the 1150m. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 650m. Weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Driver W House stated that the early effort when caught wide had taken its toll.
HAWTHORNDEN BEACH - back from position at dispatch. Raced wide early. Broke near the 650m when leading hampering trailing runners losing all chance. Stood down to trial on one occasion to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to resuming.
MIKI'S MOMENT - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start and paced roughly for several strides. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 650m and then again shortly after losing ground.
Race 3   WINGS INTERNATIONAL MOBILE PACE
A false start was declared at the first attempt when EDDIE OSEI broke in the score up checking a second row runner. Driver P Ferguson elected to retain his allotted position for the restart. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
SHEZA MERMAID - raced wide early.
THE ELITE ATHLETE - paced roughly near the 450m. Had difficulty obtaining clear running early in the home straight.
RAKERO SCOTTY - removed from the Unruly for future mobiles. Paced roughly near the 600m. Weakened in the run home.
Race 4   GRANT PLUMBING LTD OTAKI CUP MOBILE PACE
LORD DELMAR - tended to lay out throughout the run home.
STEALERS WHEEL - had to be steadied near the 1500m when becoming awkwardly placed to the sulky of VICTOR BRAVO. Driver M Hay was warned for using his whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
HERB - raced wide early before being restrained to the rear.
GOTTA ELECT BILL - raced wide early.
Race 5   BEBBINGTON COUNTRY CUP HANDICAP TROT
VERONICA JANE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
QUERCUS RUBRA - hampered by the weakening MANCHESTER IN TIME near the 600m and broke after contacting that runner's sulky wheel losing all chance. Stewards took no action against Driver M Hay given the circumstances.
SWEET OLIVIA - when questioned regarding the performance Driver C Hackett advised that she was satisfied with the run given the handicap and the tempo throughout.
JOHNNY WHO - raced wide from the 1400m. When questioned regarding the performance Driver A Poutama advised that the gelding had dropped the bit when left wide without cover. Trainer S Doody advised he was disappointed with the performance and would give consideration to freshening this runner. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
MANCHESTER IN TIME - raced wide for a distance during the middle stages before crossing to the parked position near the 900m. Commenced to weaken from the 600m.
Race 6   TREVOR WYLIE PATRON MOBILE PACE
UNCLE DREW - lay outwards in the middle stages of the run home.
SAYS WHO - Trainer N Chilcott advised Stewards that the gelding would race without front shoes.
KATIES PRINCESS - Driver L Hibell was warned for using her whip in a continuous manner over the early stages and again early in the run home.
Race 7   RAYNOR HOLDINGS LTD MOBILE PACE
VINCENTS GIRL - Driver L Hibell reported she sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 300m.
BENJAMIN BUTTON - over-raced middle stages. Driver J Abernethy admitted a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly near the 300m when contacting the sulky tyre of VINCENTS GIRL which punctured. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicator imposed a fine of $225.
PLAY THE ACE - paced roughly in the score up and was back from position at dispatch. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners.
