Ms Balle was shown the replays and spoken to advisedly in relation to the manner in which she drove in this incident. | |
VERONICA JANE - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Had to be steadied off the back of JASINOVA passing the 1100m. | |

Stewards questioned Drivers D Balle (DREAMS PAT) and D Butcher (VIRGINIA CLOWERS) in relation to this incident and after viewing the replays and hearing the relative evidence blame could not be solely attributed to either driver or horse so no further action was deemed necessary. | |

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McKendry's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 27 January 2025 (3 days). | |
