Hampered by a breaking runner entering the first bend. Driver R Austin admitted a charge in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Austin's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 26 January up to and including 23 February 2025 (5 days). Mr Austin was reminded of his obligations to ensure he reports to Stewards anything which may have affected the chances of his horse. | |
