A protest was lodged under Rule 869A(2) by connections of FEARLESS placed 4th against 3rd placing being awarded to CON GRAZIA LOVE (M McKendry) on the grounds of alleged interference in this incident. After hearing the relative evidence and viewing the replays the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the protest. Stewards took no action against Driver M McKendry in this incident due to the easing of the pace simultaneously to his move outwards. | |
