MAJOR DOOSIE - trotted roughly over the concluding stages.
HOOFN IT - trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Trotter. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Trotted roughly rounding the final bend when weakening.
SEE NO EVIL - trotted roughly throughout the run home.
PLAYOFFS - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Broke again at the 1300m losing all chance. A warning was also placed on the racing record of the gelding.

VIN'S DEAL - paced roughly rounding the final bend losing ground.
BURNHAM GIRL - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.

Driver S Tomlinson advised the horse had objected to the rein pole. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
UNICO TESSA - lay inwards rounding the final bend striking a track marker.
LUNA DOLCE - paced roughly and broke rounding the final bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
WOODLEA DIAMOND - broke in the middle stages of the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.

PEAKNMONKEY - hung inwards rounding the final bend contacting track markers.

NAVARA - struck the final track marker prior to the passing lane. Driver J Ford was issued a warning. Mr Ford advised the gelding had over-raced in the parked position.
MARKTHEWARRIOR - shifted out under pressure in the run home. Driver M Williamson was advised to make a better effort to maintain a straight course in the run home in future.
NOAH MAGNIFIC - raced wide early.
MASSIVE MERC - weakened final bend. Trainer/driver A Clark advised the gelding will be sent for a spell.
STEELINTHEHEEL - broke near the 700m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. Connections advised the mare will be sent for a spell.
LOVE WALKED IN - hung inwards at various stages during the running.
Connections advised Stewards on 29 December that NAVARA has had its knees treated since last racing.
Race 7   TERRANOVA RACING (FILLIES & MARES) MOBILE PACE
ELITE STYX - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
JAZZYS UPSTART - raced wide early and middle stages. Raced wide from the 500m. Weakened final bend. A post-race veterinary examination at the request of the connections revealed no abnormalities.
TACT TEENA - weakened final bend hampering trailing runners. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Ottley advised the filly had to work too hard in the early stages with the effort taking its toll. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
DON'T TELL JENNY - hampered by a weakening runner final bend. Lay in and paced roughly in the early stages of the run home having to be straightened by driver R Houghton.
EMMA SWAN - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
Trainer M Jones advised Stewards on 23 December TACT TEENA has been sent for a brief spell.
Race 8   DAIRY BUSINESS CENTRE MOBILE PACE
INDIANA ARDEN - broke near the 800m hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
THE BETTOR MAJOR - hampered by a breaking runner near the 800m.
FOVEAUX GAMBLER - lay inwards shortly after the start and became awkwardly placed to the outside of THE BETTOR MAJOR. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 800m. Driver J Young-Grant reported a sulky tyre deflated during the running.
CHEEKY RED - hampered by a breaking runner near the 800m.
DONE ROCKN - trainer S McRae was issued a warning for presenting the gelding to race without the notified blinds. Paced roughly in the early stages.
CLASSIE LINC - trainer B Negus was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for presenting the mare to race without the notified pacifier. Broke racing into the first bend losing all chance. Driver S Tomlinson advised that one hopple shortener pin had failed to release which had contributed to the mare breaking.
Race 9   SMITHFIELD BERRIES MOBILE PACE
HILDA MAUD - connections advised the mare has been served since last racing.
ANN SOPHIE - held up early in the run home.
WESTAR MOLLY - lay inwards and paced roughly in the run home.
BIG MAMA MORRIS - lay inwards when pacing roughly and struck a track marker rounding the final bend. Held up early in the run home.
BAILEYS BAY - held up early in the run home.
Race 10   TAITS ROAD MOBILE TROT
BONNIE BAGRIE - broke in the score up however was in position at the start. Broke near the 600m hampering a trailing runner losing ground.
MM SUNSHINE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver O Thornley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 600m.
ROYAL GRACE - broke near the 150m briefly hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
CLYDE - raced wide early. Over-raced middle stages.
MAVIS JONES - briefly hampered by a breaking runner near the 150m.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - raced wide with cover throughout.
ONE MHOR FOR HEATHER - raced wide throughout. Weakened from the 600m.
