Junior Driver M Ranger (assisted by Z Butcher) admitted a breach of Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations in that she allowed SPIRITED PEGGY to shift down into the passing lane near the 150m forcing SEA OF LOVE over several track markers. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250. |
