Junior driver R Harrison (SIR MONTY) assisted by G Smith, admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly early in the run home when striking the sulky wheel of MILLIES SENSATION which punctured. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Harrison's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 December up to and including 22 December 2024 (2 days). |

Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule where it was established RUBY'S A DELIGHT had commenced to shift outwards prior to PICCADILLY PETE reaching its wheel and took the matter no further. Had to be steadied near the 1600m when crowded after PICCADILLY PETE shifted inwards. Stewards questioned drivers W House (RUBY'S A DELIGHT) and S Ottley (PICCADILLY PETE) regarding this incident and after viewing replays and considering their explanation, Stewards warned Miss Ottley for the manner in which she drove at this stage of the race. |
