Shifted down into the passing lane early in the run home before being corrected hampering a trailing runner. Driver L Chin was issued a warning. Dr Chin reported that the sulky received a punctured tyre when struck by the trailing runner in this incident. | |

TWISTED SISTER - pre-race warmed. Hampered in the initial stages of the score up before then going to run out the birdcage gate and took no part. Declared a non-runner by Stewards under Rule 213(e) for unsatisfactory manners. In taking this course of action Stewards took into account Driver T Cameron's explanation that the filly had proved difficult during the preliminary when wanting to run out the birdcage gate so he had intended to put this runner on the mobile in the early stages of the score up but had been unable to do so when briefly hampered by another runner. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier manners. |
