WYPOUT - held up early in the run home.
NELLIE DOYLE - trotted roughly over the concluding stages. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare was in the correct gait when its nose reached the finish line.
TESSAMAE - crowded by an outside runner at the start. Hung outwards and trotted roughly in the run home and was unable to be driven out by driver R May.
LINDY'S ROCKET - crowded by an outside runner at the start.
MACHO MAN - crowded by an outside runner at the start.
THE GARDENER'S PRIDE - pre-race warmed. Shifted inwards at the start crowding inside runners. Held up early in the run home.

SWEET TARTAN - over-raced early and middle stages.
BALTIMORE AGAIN - raced wide early. Weakened from the 700m. When questioned regarding the performance driver R May reported the filly had raced lethargically. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the filly.
JENA - raced wide early.
TUPPENCE - awkwardly placed close to the sulky of COURTNEY FORCE near the 550m after a slight easing of the pace.
TITIAN FRANCO - over-raced early and middle stages.
COURTNEY FORCE - awkwardly placed close to the sulky of ROYAL BELLE near the 550m after a slight easing of the pace. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts. Driver D Reardon was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
ELEGANT ACHIEVER - trainer P Beveridge was issued a warning for not having the correct colours available. Retired from the race near the 1100m. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised the mare had been making abnormal breathing noises and in his opinion had flipped its palate. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
Race 6   THE FAMOUS GROUSE MOBILE PACE
EXECUTIVE BANNER - driver R Houghton advised he was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
TOUCH N GO - held up late in the run home.
HEY TONIGHT - raced wide early.
HANOI FRANCO - held up early and middle stages of the run home.

ROYAL GRACE - when questioned regarding the performance driver J Cox advised the mare was racing up in grade and had been unable to make ground from the rear of the field from the 500m.

NIGHT LIFE - broke briefly near the 1400m after being hampered by a dislodged track marker. Broke again near the 1000m losing ground. Trotted roughly when weakening final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

SCARLETT'S LEGACY - hampered by a breaking runner at the start and retired from the race near the 1600m with a punctured sulky tyre.

A false start was declared when STRAIGHT FLUSH broke in the score up hampering LILAC LUXURY which was unable to take up its allocated position. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Driver B Orange elected to remain in his allocated barrier position for the restart. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming.
DARBY - late scratching at 8.00am on Veterinary advice.
MOET SHARD - driver L Whittaker admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion and in a continuous manner in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Whittaker's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 15 December 2024 (5 days).
LILAC LUXURY - broke early in the score up at the first attempt and then was checked by a breaking runner and was unable to take up its allocated position with a false start being declared. Broke in the score up of the restart hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
