ALL MUSCLED UP - began awkwardly. Trotted roughly in the run home. | |
LA DAMA - broke racing into the first bend losing ground and was retired from the event. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the mare to be showing signs of muscle tie-up. Stood down pending a Veterinary clearance prior to resuming. | |
QUERCUS RUBRA - raced wide early stages. Driver M Hay was advised he must start wider on the track when drawn Unruly. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Hay stated the mare had failed to back up after racing on the first day. |

FRANKIE - raced wide without cover from the 600m. Lay in rounding the final bend. Placed in restricted room having to be steadied near the 50m. When questioned regarding the performance Driver W House confirmed the gelding had failed to handle the final bend. | |
