Race 1   REMEMBERING OK OSKAR (AMATEUR DRIVERS) MOBILE PACE
ONELOVEONELIFE - raced without the removable deafeners after they were unable to be applied prior to the start.
VRILO - over-raced middle stages. Weakened over the concluding stages.
THE HIGHLANDER - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after suffering a superficial abrasion to a hind leg when being transported to the racecourse and was cleared to start. Driver J Buckland-Stevens admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that she used her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mrs Buckland-Stevens Amateur driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 20 December 2024 (1 month).
ROCKIN VA VA - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after not having raced for a considerable period of time and was cleared to start. Weakened over the concluding stages.
SWEET SPIRIT - late scratching at 11.39am due to transport difficulties.

GOOD TIME BETTY - weakened final bend hampering trailing runners. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Morrison advised he was disappointed with the effort and was unable to provide any explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
TACKER - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
COSMIC STAR - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
KAWACTUS - weakened final bend.
VERMEER LUSTRE - hung outwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide early. Weakened final bend.
GREETS - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend. Weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Tomlinson advised she was disappointed with the effort and was unable to provide any explanation. Connections advised they would be restricting the gelding to grass track meetings when possible in future.
Race 4   CARLTON 'STANDING AT WAI EYRE' 2YO MOBILE TROT
STARSTRUCK - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
SEE NO EVIL - broke rounding the final bend hampering trailing runners and losing all chance.
RIDGE - driver G O'Reilly was issued a warning for half carting rounding the first bend. Weakened leaving the final bend.
CHESTER GOLD - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
Race 5   REMEMBERING RAGLAN PACE
ZIA BROMAC - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
TOPAZ - the required veterinary clearance was received.
HOLLY K - began awkwardly. Paced roughly rounding the final bend. Driver R Holmes was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
HEAVEN - lay inwards and paced roughly leaving the final bend.
THE FINISHER - raced wide early. Weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised the gelding had been making a respiratory noise and causing him steering difficulties and he would be recommending gear changes prior to racing next. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination revealed no abnormalities with the on course Veterinarian recommending a dynamic scope. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
Race 6   REMEMBERING WELFARE WOMAN (MARES) MOBILE PACE
TOUCH N GO - over-raced middle stages. Lay inwards under pressure rounding the final bend.
KRYSTAL DELIGHT - over-raced middle stages.
TERROR MA SUE - paced roughly in the score up. Struck the final track marker prior to the passing lane. Driver S Thornley was issued a warning.
DARBY - trainer T Yesberg advised the mare would be racing without the near front shoe.
FERNZ GOLDY - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was cleared to start.
Race 7   ROBIN WILSON HANDICAP TROT
A false start was declared due to the barrier strand failing to activate with the barrier being handheld for the restart.
LOOKSLIKEATRIXTER - held up by a weakening runner final bend.
PENELOPE HALL - connections advised the mare has been served since last racing.
GINAS MAJESTY - trotted roughly near the 1100m.
TAKE AFTER ME - broke racing into the first bend losing all chance.

Race 8   RANGIORA HRC CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES 15 DEC MOBILE PACE
BONO BROWN - weakened passing the 900m hampering trailing runners. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG prior to completing one satisfactory trial before resuming.
DULCINEA - out of position at the start. Driver K Butt was issued a warning.
KINK - held up by a weakening runner near the 900m.
GOORAMBAT ART - hampered rounding the final bend.
EXECUTIVE BANNER - out of position at the start. Driver R Houghton was issued a warning. Raced wide early. Held up final bend.
IGETAKICKOUTOFYOU - paced roughly rounding the final bend hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Again paced roughly in the run home before breaking near the 150m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
DON JUAN - out of position at the start. Driver M Holbrough was issued a warning. Held up by a weakening runner near the 900m. Again held up final bend. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.
