MAVIS JONES - broke at the start losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a standing start prior to resuming.
MIXED FAITH - struck several track markers leaving the final bend. Driver B Williamson was issued a warning.
FORGIVENESS - raced wide from the 1500m. Weakened from the 600m.
EUROKASH - held up early in the run home.
MISSILE - trotted roughly near the 600m.
MASTER CLASS - hung inwards and struck track markers when weakening rounding the final bend.
WALKINONSUNSHINE - raced wide near the 1500m. Stewards questioned driver Z Butcher in relation to a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule. After hearing from Mr Butcher and viewing the films Stewards were satisfied FORGIVENESS (B Butt) had commenced his shift outwards prior to WALKINONSUNSHINE reaching his sulky wheel and that Mr Butcher had elected to take his runner forward and had raced wide thereafter. Weakened passing the 1000m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
MOMENT OF WHAT - raced wide early. Again raced wide from the 1400m. Broke near the 500m losing its chance.

GqwvDexkZ_k GATECRASHER - a post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination at the request of trainer T Yesberg revealed mucus in the trachea. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
COMMANDER JOE - raced wide early.
MIKI BENNETT - broke near the 100m checking a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Driver T Williams advised he would be recommending gear changes prior to racing next.
DAVE DULEY - raced wide early and middle stages.
MOUTON CADET - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
DYNASTY - crowded when weakening near the 100m. When questioned regarding the performance trainer/driver B Butt was unable to provide any explanation. Mr Butt advised he would have blood tests taken from the filly in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
WINNYZBACK - held up by a weakening runner final bend.
FOXING EASTON - required assistance from a Starting Attendant prior to the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced keenly racing into the first bend and broke briefly when being steadied. Weakened from the 500m hampering a trailing runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
CHALDON - hung inwards and was awkwardly placed close to the sulky of DONTTELLTHEBOYS near the 500m having to be steadied. Checked by a breaking runner late in the run home.

CODY BANNER - lay inwards and struck track markers final bend. Trotted roughly in the run home.
GEORGE ELIOT - broke at the start losing all chance.
SAMANTHAS MOON - broke at the start losing ground. Broke again after 150m losing all chance.
ZOLTAN BOSCIK - driver L Whittaker admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Whittaker's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 23 November 2024 (3 days).

GOLD BULLION - trotted roughly in the early stages. Broke near the 150m losing all chance.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - broke at the start losing ground. Broke again near the 700m losing all chance.

NAZARETH - raced wide early. Held up throughout the run home.
FRANCO JOSIAH - shifted inwards after 150m to avoid GOLD BULLION which was trotting roughly and as a result became placed in restricted room to the outside of SAMANTHAS MOON and broke in consequence losing ground. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.

mcPpXS2R72A A false start was declared when ALWAYS BEE GEE (S Thornley) backed away and swung sideways just prior to the start and locked wheels with THE LAZARUS EFFECT (B Butt) with both drivers being dislodged. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Prior to the restart both horses underwent a veterinary examination and were cleared of injury. Both drivers were cleared to drive by St John personnel. ALWAYS BEE GEE was sent to the unruly position by the Starter for the restart where the gelding will remain for future standing starts. The start was further delayed due to the Starter not being satisfied with the manner in which the field was addressing the barrier strand.
FRANCO HUMBIE - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing ground.
KATHERINE - broke at the start losing ground.
ALWAYS BEE GEE - broke at the start losing ground. Paced roughly rounding the first bend before breaking again near the 2100m losing ground. Lay inwards near the 1500m striking a track marker. Weakened from the 600m.
TACT TEENA - over-raced middle stages.
JOSE QUIVERA - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver R Cameron advised the gelding had over-raced during the running.
STYLE COUNCIL - broke near the 500m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
TEMPO WARRIOR - held up final bend.
AMAZING TOM - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Weakened final bend.
MOONLITE BLOOD - over-raced and had to be steadied after becoming awkwardly placed close to the sulky of KATHERINE near the 900m. Weakened final bend.

ARCEE PHOENIX - pre-race warmed. Locked wheels with BET N WIN near the 2600m with both runners losing ground. Became awkwardly placed close to the sulky of BET N WIN after being shifted wider on the track near the 500m which resulted in an easing of the pace hampering trailing runners.
MR LOVE - raced wide early. Hampered near the 2600m.
KYVALLEY HOTSPUR - trotted roughly for a distance passing the 900m. Weakened final bend before breaking near the 300m losing all chance.

OSCAR BONAVENA - pre-race warmed. Hampered by an easing of the pace near the 500m.
BET N WIN - raced wide early. Trotted roughly near the 2700m. Shifted inwards and locked wheels with ARCEE PHOENIX near the 2600m with both runners losing ground and hampering a trailing runner. Broke passing the 150m losing all chance. Driver B Butt admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting inwards and locking wheels with ARCEE PHOENIX. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Butt's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 November up to and including 24 November 2024 (3 days). When questioned regarding the performance Mr Butt was unable to provide any tangible reason. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery with abrasions on the right front pastern and heel bulb which were treated. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
FIERY BANDITO - weakened final bend.

HADRON COLLIDER - hung inwards rounding the final bend striking track markers. Driver C Hart was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
FERNETTI - over-raced through the early and middle stages. Hung inwards for a distance near the 400m. Crowded by an outside runner near the 300m resulting in an inside runner striking track markers.
HEY BARTENDER - raced wide throughout. Paced roughly passing the 1100m and again near the 900m. Weakened from the 800m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an elevated heart rate.
LITTLE SPIKE - fractious prior to the start requiring assistance from a Starting Attendant. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide early. Held up early in the run home.

CAPTAIN SAMPSON - broke briefly in the score up however was in position at the start. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Cameron advised the gelding had over-raced through the middle stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
CONFEDERATE - lay inwards early in the run home.
DEMON BLUE - briefly locked wheels with BETTORS ANVIL racing into the first bend. Had to be steadied after becoming awkwardly placed to the inside of BETTORS ANVIL near the 1300m.
ARTFUL BROMAC - forced to race wide from the 800m.
STRIKEM - over-raced middle stages.
MYSTERY BEACH - over-raced middle stages. Struck the final track marker prior to the passing lane. Driver A Butt was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice.
GOT THE CHOCOLATES - paced roughly as the start was effected losing ground.
BETTORS ANVIL - briefly locked wheels with DEMON BLUE racing into the first bend. Stewards questioned driver T Williams regarding this and after considering his explanation and viewing the replays it was established that runners either side had shifted ground marginally and Stewards were unable to apportion blame onto any one horse or driver.

FEAR AND FAITH - broke after 150m losing all chance.
KOKO KABOOM - trotted roughly for a distance passing the 1700m losing ground. Hung inwards rounding the final bend.
WHAT THE BELL - broke at the start losing all chance.
COUNTLESS QUESTIONS - broke shortly after the start checking a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BUFFY NORTHSTAINS - broke at the start losing all chance.

THE BLOSS - held up for clear racing room until late in the run home.

ARODA - held up rounding the final bend.
MO'UNGA - broke at the start losing ground. Held up early in the run home. Stewards questioned driver R Close regarding his tactics rounding the final bend in particular his decision to remain on the back of BEACH BALL when clearance existed for him to shift out near the 550m and again shortly after when being covered by TACT MCLEOD passing the 400m. Mr Close advised that after losing ground at the start he believed it was more beneficial to receive cover into the race at that stage and when he attempted to shift outwards shortly after onto the back of the improving REPUBLICAN PARTY the gelding had hung outwards and paced roughly having to be steadied. After considering his explanation and viewing the films Stewards were satisfied Mr Close's actions were not unreasonable in the circumstances and took the matter no further.
DON'T STOP DREAMING - shied and raced greenly when leading near the 2300m.
AMERICAN ME - a post-race veterinary examination of the gelding on return to the stabling area revealed no abnormalities.
MACH SHARD - held up early in the run home.
REPUBLICAN PARTY - broke briefly at the start.
SWAYZEE - broke briefly at the start.
DALTON SHARD - weakened rounding the final bend.
ALTA METEOR - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was cleared to start. Weakened rounding the final bend.
