Race 1 - SPEIGHT'S TROT
Driver B Borcoskie defended a breach of Rule 868(3) alleging he failed to drive TESSAMAE out to the end of the race when having a reasonable chance of finishing 1st. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Borcoskie, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the charge and suspended Mr Borcoskie's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 14 November up to and including 1 December 2024 (7 days).
Race 5 - LIQUORLAND TINWALD MOBILE PACE
Trainer G Smith advised Stewards on 8 November STAR MAGIC has been treated for a respiratory infection since last racing.
Race 9 - STRAPPER'S SYNDICATE MOBILE TROT
Junior driver R Harrison (JASPRIT TROUBLE) assisted by B Orange, admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly late in the run home by allowing her horse to shift outwards checking JORDAN ANNE. After hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $400.

CHESTER GOLD - broke shortly after the start losing all chance and was retired from the race. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
GERALDINE CLOWERS - broke after 200m losing considerable ground. Weakened final bend.
THE GARDENER'S PRIDE - weakened final bend.
NATIVES CULLERDAMOON - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.

The start was delayed due to LORD MUDRICK requiring farrier attention.
INTERPOL - checked by a breaking runner rounding the final bend losing all chance. The end of the hopple connecting strap loosened during the running. This gear was inspected and found to be in good condition.
FRANCO TIM - held up rounding the final bend.
HILDA MAUD - connections advised the mare would be racing in season. Raced wide early and middle stages.
HOPE FOR LOVE - raced wide early.
EXECUTIVE BANNER - weakened final bend before breaking and checking a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

RACHMANINOV - struck the final track marker prior to the passing lane which was dislodged. Driver J Morrison was issued a warning.
LOVE POTION - hung inwards at various stages throughout.
TRANSTASMAN BUBBLE - raced wide early and middle stages.
KAWHI - raced wide early.
LIVING THE MOMENT - raced wide from the 800m. Trotted roughly rounding the final bend and in the run home and was unable to be driven out.
PEAKNMONKEY - hung outwards for a distance from the 700m when attempting to improve wide.
MISS GRACIE - broke at the start losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming.
Race 5   KEITH WOOLLEY FENCING MOBILE PACE
A false start was declared due to the side hopple carrier coming adrift on UNCLE PETE.
IMPRESSIVE SHARD - hung inwards shortly after the start and lost contact with the field despite the efforts of driver M Williamson losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
CAPTAIN CAN CAN - hung outwards and paced roughly shortly after the start. Weakened final bend.
UNCLE PETE - paced roughly rounding the first bend. Trainer D Taylor was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for failing to affix the hopple carrier so as not to come adrift.
Race 6   DAWE CONTRACTING (JUNIOR DRIVERS) HCP TROT
ILLEGAL ALIEN - weakened rounding the final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a small superficial abrasion to a hind heel.
A LATE LATE PRESSY - weakened rounding the final bend.
DIAMOND HARBOUR - broke after 100m losing all chance and was retired from the race.
BULLIT TRAIN - pre-race warmed.
BONNIE BAGRIE - lay inwards rounding the final bend.
Race 7   CHAPMAN FENCING / JARED CHAPMAN PACE
BLUE ROCK DANCER - held up early in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Hope advised the race had not been run to suit after being shuffled back on the inner and he was not disappointed with the effort and believed the horse would derive benefit from the race.
EDDIE JAMES - weakened final bend.
CHANGEFORTHEBETA - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
FERGALICIOUS - when questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised the mare had been required to work hard during the running with the effort taking its toll.
GOORAMBAT ART - broke at the start losing ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
THE NIGHT FOX - driver C Dalgety was advised to make a greater effort to be in his correct barrier position at the start.
MAJOR HENRY - broke briefly at the start.
Race 8   THANK YOU RICHARD WIXON (FILLIES & MARES) MOBILE PACE
DULCINEA - held up early in the run home.
ANYTIME AT ALL - broke in the early stages of the score up however was in position at the start.
TOUCH N GO - raced wide early.
SOFIA ROSE - raced wide early. Again raced wide from the 900m.
HI HOPES - weakened early in the run home. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
ZIA BROMAC - raced wide early. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Orange advised that despite racing wide he was disappointed with the effort. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
BAILEYS BAY - broke in the early stages of the score up however was in position at the start.
LILY'S A STAR - held up early in the run home.
JUDINE - held up early in the run home.
LILAC LUXURY - raced roughly near the 600m. A side carrier broke during the running. This gear was inspected and found to be in previously good condition.
Race 9   BARB & KEV CHAPMAN RACING MOBILE TROT
OSMIUM - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
SCHOEMAKER - lay outwards rounding the final bend.
KOWHAI SUMMIT - raced wide early. Trotted roughly near the 1000m. Broke near the 400m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
NATIVES INFERNO - trotted roughly late in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
GRETTYMAC - raced wide early.
STEELINTHEHEEL - raced wide from the 800m.
Race 10   RHRC RACES AGAIN 20 NOVEMBER MOBILE PACE
HES SANTAS EXCUSE - hampered by a weakening runner final bend. Shifted ground outwards near the 250m and made contact with the sulky wheel of SIR MONTY. Driver J Cox was issued a warning for the manner in which he drove when shifting ground. In taking this course of action Stewards were satisfied there had been no consequential effects.
MAJOR HAPPY - raced wide early and when attempting to lead near the 2000m raced greenly resulting in the mare having to sit parked for a distance.
SIR MONTY - weakened final bend hampering a trailing runner.
LOGAN ROCK - weakened final bend.
COUNTRY GOLD - raced wide from the 800m.
FLYAWAY - raced wide from the 1200m.
REGGIE GOLIGHTLY - over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend.
