Driver R Anderson admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly near the 450m after shifting ground inwards when insufficiently clear of CYCLONE ZION W which was checked and broke. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Anderson's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 1 November up to and including 12 November 2024 (2 days). |
