Stewards reconvened a hearing into a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1500m when CONFEDERATE and MARKETPLACE raced wider on the track. After hearing from drivers Z Butcher (CONFEDERATE), C Ferguson (MARKETPLACE) and B Orange (RUBIRA) regarding this matter and viewing the films, Stewards were satisfied that although Mr Orange had commenced his shift outwards when CONFEDERATE had reached his wheel, they were not satisfied that either CONFEDERATE or MARKETPLACE had been forced wider on the track in accordance with the Rule and therefore took the matter no further. |
