General
Due to regional flooding resulting in road closures, drivers S Thornley, C Ferguson, J Cox, B Williamson, M Williamson, K Green, S Ottley, B Orange, K Bublitz and K Tomlinson were unable to attend today's meeting and were replaced on their respective driving engagements as per the Summary below. Trainers were directed to affix mudguards to the sulkies. Pre-race blood testing was carried out.

d7uiLxFPKIE DON AMECHE - tangled away. Broke passing the 1800m losing ground. Stood down to trial on one occasion to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to resuming. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until the Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when breaking near the 1800m.
SHAKEDOWN - broke at the start losing all chance.
JOE KENNEDY - broke after 150m losing all chance.
JAY BEE HILL - out of position at the start. Driver B Wallace was warned for delaying the start when taking too long to be in his rightful position.
ARLO MAGUIRE - paced as the start was effected having to be broken up by driver D O'Connell to return to its correct gait. Broke racing into the first bend losing all chance.

SAUCY DELIGHT - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.
FLASHPOINT - paced roughly before breaking rounding the first bend hampering trailing runners and losing some ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination after returning to the birdcage with blood present on the near front leg and received treatment for a slight laceration above the hoof.
COLD PURSUIT - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.
HERE'S JOHNY - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.

COVER THE LINE - weakened from the 1000m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the filly.
ENYA FRANCO - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Driver T Stratford was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
SHOWCASE - driver M Hurrell reported he did not activate the sliding blinds due to the filly proving difficult to drive over the concluding stages.
Following the running of this race the track conditions were upgraded to Easy.

ROBYNS ART - lay in entering the first bend.
ROBYNS HUSTLER - broke after 200m losing ground. Over-raced middle stages. When spoken to regarding the horse breaking driver M Hill advised that the gelding had over-raced in the early stages and became unbalanced before breaking racing into the first bend. Cleared from the Unruly for future mobile starts.

TEN DA TOUCH - briefly placed in restricted room racing into the first bend having to be restrained. Raced greenly over the concluding stages.
NO PERFECT PRINCESS - lay in racing into the first bend placing inside runners in restricted room. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare. Weakened in the run home.
RAMBLIN ROVER - raced wide early stages.
REMISSION - raced wide early stages.
FOXING EASTON - shifted in throughout the run home despite the efforts of driver N Williamson. When asked to comment Mr Williamson advised that the gelding had over-raced in the early stages and hung out on various occasions during the running.
