Race 1 - HIRE A VENUE AT CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY TROT
Co-Trainer L Hollis advised Stewards on 26 September that VOODLE MAGIC has undergone blood tests following its disappointing run which detected a viral infection that has been treated.
Race 5 - CHRISTMAS AT THE RACEWAY TICKETS ON SALE NOW MOBILE PACE
Trainer J Young advised Stewards on 27 September that blood tests taken from SPIRITED PEGGY following her disappointing run detected mild tie up and that the mare would trial prior to resuming.
Race 8 - QUIZ NIGHT AT THE CLUBHOUSE EVERY WEDNESDAY TROT
Co-Trainer D McGowan advised Stewards on 26 September that WISH FOR FISH has been treated for muscle soreness in the off neck and has worked well subsequently.

Race 1   BOOK AT THE ALEX FOR MELBOURNE CUP DAY MOB TROT
IT AIN'T ME BABE - lay in and contacted a track marker near the 1250m.
BREAK FREE - broke for several strides near the 1350m then again shortly after soon settling. Broke near the 180m losing its chance.
VAL THORENS - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
ITAINTNECESSARILYSO - raced wide early before securing a position midfield in the running line near the 1100m. Lay in rounding the final turn and then had some difficulty obtaining clear running with Driver M Ranger not activating the removable deafeners as a result.
SASSY STAR - back from the unruly position at dispatch. Trotted roughly and broke near the 850m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
Race 2   DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS MOBILE PACE
TYRON'S CONNOISSEUR - unsuccessfully challenged for the lead in the early stages. Weakened final turn. When questioned regarding the tactics he adopted over the early stages Driver T Mitchell stated that he elected to go forward from the barrier three draw to see if the lead which was being held by MIKI DOO was available with that runner then pacing roughly rounding the first turn so he elected to continue with the challenge before then sitting up once Driver Z Butcher (MIKI DOO) indicated he was intent on holding the lead. Mr Mitchell further explained that he had then been unable to shift to the leader's back due to CHASE ME filling that position so went forward again when MIKI DOO paced roughly for several strides near the 1100m. He then added that he had desisted with the challenge shortly after and sat back off MIKI DOO to give his runner some respite however the filly was under pressure leaving the back straight and weakened shortly after. After considering the matter Stewards were of the opinion that Mr Mitchell's tactics were not so unreasonable as to be culpable and took no further action other than to note his comments. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
TYTATE - raced wide early before being restrained towards the rear.
CAPTAINS SECRET - back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver K Denifostova was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice. Weakened over the concluding stages.
EYELINER - weakened over the concluding stages. Underwent a veterinary examination including an endoscopic procedure, at the request of connections which revealed signs of a respiratory infection which will be treated accordingly.
Race 3   LONE STAR ALEXANDRA PARK MOBILE TROT
BOLT FOR THE HILL - shifted out on straightening for the run home but was corrected by Driver S Burley.
LOVE ON LINE - weakened in the run home.
LIAISON - broke near the 450m losing its chance.
KIMKAR DASH - trotted roughly then broke approaching the 1400m losing all chance.
COURMAYEUR - raced wide early before being restrained to the rear. Broke near the 450m losing ground.
QUEEN OF QUEBEC - trotted roughly in the early stages and was back from position at dispatch. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. Continued to trot roughly over the early stages and trailed the field throughout.
Race 4   IRT SIRES STAKES 2YO PRELUDE 2 MOBILE TROT
KISSMEILOVEYOU - weakened in the run home.
HIGHER POWER - lay outwards making contact with the sulky of CYCLONE SALA and broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. A final warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Co-Trainer/ Driver S Phelan advised that he will be making corrective gear changes.
CYCLONE SALA - lay in contacting track markers rounding the final turn.
MEANT TO BE - broke early in the score up losing ground and was back from the unruly at dispatch.
Race 5   WOODLANDS STUD - SILK ROAD NORTHERN F & M HEAT 3 MOB PACE
PAPENHUYZEN - lay in rounding the final turn contacting track markers with one being dislodged. Locked wheels with COURTNEY ROSE and raced inside several track markers leaving the final turn when weakening.
CYREN SHARD - weakened leaving the final turn.
ALWAYS B STUNNING - raced wide from the 950m. Hampered and broke for several strides near the 350m.
WICKED WANDA - unsuccessfully challenged for the lead in the early stages before being restrained to take cover on the leader's back.
COURTNEY ROSE - raced wide early before being restrained to the rear. Hampered when becoming awkwardly placed to the sulky of PAPENHUYZEN near the 350m and raced in restricted room before locking wheels with PAPENHUYZEN approaching the 250m losing momentum. Driver Z Butcher was shown the replay and reminded of his obligations in relation to the manner in which he drove on the final turn.
YOU LITTLE BEAUTY - held up final turn and was then hampered when several runners locked wheels approaching the 250m. Failed to secure clear racing room throughout the home straight. Driver D Butcher advised that he didn't activate the removable deafeners as a result.
MINJEE - lay in contacting a track marker near the 1250m.
Race 6   JACOBSEN HEADSTONES MOBILE PACE
FRISCO BAY - over-raced middle stages and in particular rounding the final turn.
ALWAYS BE MATTIE - raced wide early.
IRON BRIGADE - back from position at dispatch. Driver T Macfarlane was issued with a warning.
VILLAGE REBEL - back from position at dispatch. Driver S Abernethy was issued with a warning.
Race 7   NEVELE R FILLIES SERIES HEAT 5 MOBILE PACE
No incidents to report.
Race 8   DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS MOBILE PACE
BENJAMIN BUTTON - lay in entering the first turn and dislodged a track marker when placed in restricted room by outside runners. Weakened in the run home.
MACK PACK - weakened final turn and lay in contacting a track marker.
MCKENDRICK - shifted up the track leaving the final turn having to be corrected by Driver M Ranger.
Race 9   NORTH ISLAND HARNESS AWARDS SAT 28 SEPT MOBILE TROT
HAYLEY MHOR - broke late in the score up losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. Lay in when trailing the field contacting track markers rounding the first turn.
LIL WHIP - pre-race warmed. Broke near the 600m losing all chance. Stewards questioned Junior Driver E Johnson (AND REMEMBER ME) (assisted by T Mitchell), Drivers T Herlihy (LIL WHIP) and J Abernethy (HENRIK LUNDQVIST) regarding this incident. After viewing the replays and hearing the relative evidence Stewards could not solely attribute blame to any one horse or driver. Notwithstanding this Mr Herlihy and Mr Abernethy were reminded of their obligations given similar circumstances in the future. In considering this matter Stewards took into account that Mr Herlihy had been placed at a disadvantage after losing his safety glasses near the 1600m as well as the outward movement of HENRIK LUNDQVIST contributing to the incident.
HENRIK LUNDQVIST - over-raced early stages before being taken forward to unsuccessfully challenge for the lead near 1400m and was then eased to trail the leader near the 1000m. Weakened from the 400m.
Race 10   THE ALEX BAR & EATERY SOUTH OF THE BOMBAYS MOBILE PACE
MEDINA MAGIC - over-raced middle stages. Junior Driver K Denifostova (assisted by J Abernethy) was warned for using her whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
MESSENGER BUOY - back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver L Hibell was issued with a warning. Ms Hibell (assisted by N Chilcott) was also warned for using her whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
KOURTNEY KARDASH - back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver M Ranger was issued with a warning.
TUGAWAR - back from position at dispatch. Driver J Abernethy was issued with a warning.
