Race 1   ALWAYS B MIKI AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
LINCOLN LA MOOSE - paced roughly and broke near the 400m shifting out hampering a trailing runner losing its chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion.
TYSON - slow early. Hampered near the 400m by a breaking runner having to take evasive action losing its chance.
RUNKLE CRUNCH - lay out and paced roughly over the concluding stages.
HEZASWEETIE - a side hopple carrier came adrift entering the first turn. Commenced to over-race shortly after and was taken forward to secure the parked position where it continued to over-race during the middle stages. Co-Trainers B Purdon & S Phelan were issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for failing to affix the side carrier so as not to come adrift.
Race 2   CAPTAIN CRUNCH AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
PRINCESS LISA - Driver J Dickie reported that he sustained a punctured off side sulky tyre near the 600m.
LITTLE HOOFANANNY - lay out under pressure in the run home.
BLACKJACK - lay in and paced roughly near the 300m.
MIKI DOO - lay in and paced roughly near the 300m.
WALTZING WITH MIKI - held up throughout the run home. Driver J Stormont reported that he didn't activate the removeable deafeners as a result.
CAPTAINS SECRET - paced roughly over the early stages. Over-raced and lay out middle stages proving difficult for Driver K Denifostova. Lay out puncturing the sulky tyre of PRINCESS LISA near the 600m. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Ms Denifostova reported that she had been unable to activate the removable deafeners.
Race 3   TACTICAL APPROACH AT ALABAR N.I. JUVENILE CHAMPS MOB TROT
SHARP IMAGE - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Weakened final turn.
YOUNEVERKNOW - fractious prior to the start requiring the attention of a Starter's assistant. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
HIGHER POWER - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
MEANT TO BE - hampered and broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
Race 4   PEBBLE BEACH AT ALABAR SILK ROAD SERIES (HEAT 1) MOB PACE
A false start was declared when the offside rein bar on CYREN SHARD became caught under the sulky shaft in the middle stages of the score up.
IDEAL DELIGHT - lay in and raced roughly near the 300m.
DOUBLE QUICK - lost some ground leaving the back straight the final time but soon recovered. Held up late in the run home.
MINJEE - raced wide early.
WICKED WANDA - broke near the 350m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
Race 5   THE STORM INSIDE AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
TWISTA - shifted out on straightening for the run home but was corrected by Driver J Dickie.
MAKO - broke as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
AYE AYE CAPTAIN - placed in restricted room contacting track markers final turn.
IRON BRIGADE - over-raced middle stages. Lay in rounding the final turn placing an inside runner in restricted room. Driver K Denifostova reported she had been unable to activate the deafeners despite her efforts.
Race 6   MAJESTIC SON AT ALABAR NORTHERN METRO SERIES FINAL HCP TROT
TAYLAD TO USE - began awkwardly losing ground.
JASINOVA - over-raced middle stages when leading. Weakened in the run home.
BOUNCE N BEYOND - broke near the 500m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
BOLT FOR THE HILL - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
MAZEPPA - broke at the start losing ground. Trotted roughly racing down the back the final time losing ground.
Race 7   NEVELE R FILLIES SERIES (HEAT 3) MOBILE PACE
CLASSIC ELEGANCE - held up throughout the run home. Driver D Butcher reported that he didn't activate the removal deafeners as a result.
DUCHESS MEGXIT - cast the off fore shoe late in the run home.
Race 8   ELITE STRIDE AT ALABAR HANDICAP TROT
BRAVEHEARTHIGHLANDER - the required veterinary clearance was supplied. Broke briefly at the start losing ground. Tended to shift out under pressure in the run home.
LORD POPINJAY - lay out throughout the run home. Driver M Ranger advised she was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
VORONOV - weakened in the run home.
IRON LOVE - when questioned regarding the performance Driver C Hackett advised that she could only attribute what she considered to be a disappointing run to the gelding's 30m handicap.
Race 9   LAZARUS AT NEVELE R MOBILE PACE
MEDINA MAGIC - late scratching at 10.04am on veterinary advice.
MCKENDRICK - held up final turn and early stages of the run home with Driver H Orange not activating the sliding blinds as a result.
FRISCO BAY - Driver Z Butcher was warned for contacting a track marker rounding the final turn.
Race 10   THE ALEX SPORTS BAR TROT
VISCOUNT MACKENDON - Driver C Hackett reported that she didn't activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
EYE SEE YOU - trotted roughly over the concluding stages.
SUNSET HILL - over-raced middle stages. Trotted roughly losing ground entering the back straight the final time. Trotted roughly again rounding the final turn losing ground.
DOLLY P - over-raced middle stages. Weakened in the run home.
