Trainer K Adams advised Stewards on 4 September that RAGING NATIVE has had its hocks treated since last racing.

Trainer L Bond advised Stewards on 05 September that STELLA BAY has recovered well and will now be turned out for a spell to freshen up.

Race 5 - DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS SIRES STAKES HEAT 1 2 YO FILLIES MOB PACE
Co-Trainer S Telfer advised Stewards on 05 September that both MUSIC MISTRESS and ALWAYS B MISTY have come through last Friday night's abandoned race in good order and have worked well leading into tomorrow night's engagements. Mr Telfer also advised that IRON HEART has been turned out for a spell.

Race 1   LINTON CONTRACTING LTD FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
NO PERFECT PRINCESS - lay out at various stages throughout.
TILLY DUNNAGE - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. When questioned regarding the performance driver R McIlwrick advised he was disappointed and would be recommending gear changes to connections.
Race 2   GREG HUNTER LIFE MEMBERSHIP MOBILE PACE
VINCHETTO - briefly hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m.
MIKI COHEN - briefly hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m.
FOXING EASTON - locked wheels with MUCHACHO near the 1300m.
MUCHACHO - lay in passing the 1300m when improving forward three wide and locked wheels with FOXING EASTON, hampering a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Lay in over the concluding stages despite the efforts of driver B Orange who reported he did not release the removable deafeners in consequence.
HUZUNI - hampered near the 1300m.
VERMEER LUSTRE - required the assistance of starting personnel when parading prior to the score up. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Weakened from the 700m hampering trailing runners. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormality other than a slow recovery.
Race 3   SIX PACK AT MACCA LODGE HANDICAP TROT
MC SQUARED - broke after 100m losing ground.
ABACARDI HAZEL - lay in leaving the final bend.
TOP POCKET CHANCE - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer C Buchan advised that the gelding had trotted throughout the running today with the race run to suit when setting its own terms in front.
OUR SUPERFUND - broke briefly shortly after the start. Weakened final bend. A post-race veterinary examination at the request of driver N Williamson, who felt the gelding had raced lethargically throughout, revealed a small wound inside the fetlock consistent with striking itself during the running.
LIVING THE MOMENT - broke briefly shortly after the start losing ground. Placed on the Unruly for future standing starts at the request of trainer M Purvis.
SAMANTHAS MOON - reared at the start and was slow to begin.
Race 4   ASK BUILDING LTD MOBILE PACE
POUNAMU - broke briefly in the score up however was in position at the start. Driver N Williamson was issued a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations, the particulars being that he allowed his runner to shift into the passing lane for a distance passing the 200m resulting in RYLAN CHARLIE having to be steadied. The matter was adjourned sine die by the Adjudicative Committee.
RYLAN CHARLIE - raced wide early. Held up for clear racing room near the 150m with driver K Tomlinson having to take hold briefly when POUNAMU shifted into the passing lane.
ETERNAL DREAM - driver B Williamson was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
BISMARCK DU PLESSIS - required the assistance of starting personnel when parading prior to the score up. A final warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
OAKLEY SHARD - required the assistance of starting personnel when parading prior to the score up. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
TUA LIPA - paced roughly through the early and middle stages losing considerable ground. Returned to the birdcage with blood present on the near foreleg. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the gelding to have wounds to both heels on the near foreleg consistent with striking itself during the running. Trainer S Matheson advised the gelding will now be sent for a spell. When questioned regarding the performance of the favoured runner driver S Ottley advised the gelding had paced roughly on the bends and this had been detrimental to its chances.
Race 5   HERBERTS TRANSPORT HANDICAP PACE
STEP IT UP A NOTCH - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
SMOKE ON THE WATER - shifted in over the concluding stages when under pressure.
Race 6   PERFECT STING AT MACCA LODGE MOBILE PACE
LIVY DESMA - weakened in the run home.
EMERALD ABBEY - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver P Hunter advised the mare had benefitted from the race being run to suit today adding he was not surprised by the forward showing.
AMERICAN MAC - raced wide in the early stages before being restrained to take cover near the 1800m.
ARTMORE - raced wide early. Over-raced when leading through the middle stages.
OKIWI BAY - held up for clear racing room over the concluding stages.
SHERWOOD MAGGIE - held up leaving the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - trainer B Norman was warned for presenting the gelding without the notified blinds.
Race 7   WYNDHAM WORKOUTS HANDICAP TROT
PYRAMID MYSTIC - broke racing into the first bend losing considerable ground.
ABADABADO - weakened over the concluding stages.
JOEKING - broke briefly at the start.
Race 8   CAMERON CONTRACTING LTD MOBILE PACE
DANCE WITH THE BOSS - appeared uneven in its gait over the concluding stages. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no obvious abnormality. Connections advised that the gelding had been striking its knee during the running.
FOURTH AMENDMENT - over-raced in the early stages when being restrained to take cover.
FRANCO SAILOR - raced wide early. Over-raced through the middle stages.
HERB - fractious and reared prior to the score up.
