Co-trainer K Gill advised Stewards on 29 August that KERRALLY has been treated for a blood disorder and dehydration since last racing.

Trainer T Yesberg advised Stewards on 27 August that ITZ FLASH HARRY has been treated for a stone bruise since last racing.
Race 7 - BETAVET WITH RANGIORA EQUESTRIAN SUPPLIES PACE
Trainer N Le Lievre advised Stewards on 30 August blood tests taken from AMERICANO revealed no abnormalities and the gelding will continue with its current preparation.

Race 1   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE PACE
OHOKA NICO - paced roughly in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver R Holmes advised the gelding had travelled well however failed to respond when placed under pressure and proved disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Trainer D Keast advised he would have blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
ART JORDAN - held up in the early and middle stages of the run home. Driver J Dunn advised he did not activate the sliding blinds in consequence.
GIRLSHAVTIME - over-raced middle stages.
Race 2   GARRY THOMPSON MOBILE PACE
BRYSON DECHAMBEAU - over-raced middle stages. Driver R May reported the gelding had failed to settle with the effort taking its toll. Co-trainer C Dalgety advised he was disappointed with the effort and will be having blood tests taken from the horse in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
TREACHEROUS BABY - over-raced middle stages.
Race 3   MATT HARRISON CONSTRUCTION MOBILE TROT
SENIOR CONSTABLE LIZ - pre-race warmed. Broke late in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the request of trainer B Lomas.
MASSIVE MERC - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Stewards lodged a protest against 4th placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 150m in the early stages. After viewing the replays driver A Clark did not contest the protest and MASSIVE MERC was disqualified by the Stewards.
RIDGE - hung inwards through the middle stages causing driver K Butt some difficulty.
DASH DOSH - trainer T Bagrie was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for presenting the filly to race with removable deafeners which had not been notified. Trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Again trotted roughly rounding the first bend losing ground.
HABIBTI PAT - trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Driver B Orange advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 4   SWEET LOU 'MOST POPULAR SIRE OF 2023' MOBILE PACE
CLASSIE LINC - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
EVANGALIST - when questioned regarding the performance driver T Williams advised he was disappointed with the effort and he would be recommending gear changes.
DANCE TILL DAWN - lost ground rounding the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised the mare had been unsuited to starting from a wide barrier draw and having to improve wide on the track in the middle stages to race in the parked position combined with the fast tempo throughout.
Race 5   GARRARDS TROT
MONARCH PRINCE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
MAVIS JONES - when questioned regarding the performance connections advised they were disappointed and will be having blood tests taken from the mare in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
TORQUAY STREET - lay inwards final bend losing ground with the filly striking several track markers and racing inside one marker near the 250m. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the filly had not gained an advantage when racing inside a track marker near the 250m.
PARIS PRINCE - broke at the start losing all chance.
JASPRIT TROUBLE - held up final bend and again over the concluding stages.
THE BLOSS - held up final bend.
HOLLY HIGHLANDER - tangled away. Raced wide early.
DWINDLE STAR - over-raced middle stages. Held up final bend.
OLIVER - held up final bend.
MAJOR CYCLONE - trotted roughly in the run home.
BEAT THE COVID - broke after 100m losing all chance.
RACHMANINOV - late scratching at 10.10am due to transport difficulties.
Race 6   AIRPARK CANTERBURY MOBILE PACE
SACETAS - over-raced middle stages. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
C C ARDEN - weakened rounding the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Chmiel advised the gelding had been making abnormal breathing noises during the running. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
UKRAINE - trainer B Butt advised Stewards that the colt would be driven for one run if circumstances permit.
Race 7   ADDINGTON CUP WEEK ON SALE NOW! HANDICAP PACE
BOUDICA - broke at the start losing ground.
BUCKSKIN - held up early in the run home. Driver G O'Reilly was issued a warning for using his whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
HELIUM - over-raced early and middle stages.
DOUBLE TIME - broke at the start losing ground.
MIGHTY LOOEE - cleared from the unruly for future standing starts.
Race 8   FAULKS INVESTMENTS MOBILE PACE
The start was delayed three minutes at the request of the TAB.
FUSION REACTOR - paced roughly rounding the final bend and in the run home. Driver J Dunn advised the gelding had hung inwards at various stages causing him difficulty. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
CHOCO LOU - crowded by an outside runner after 200m.
BETTERTHANCASH - held up rounding the final bend and had difficulty obtaining clear racing room early in the run home.
SPIRIT OF ANARCHY - co-trainers C & C Dalgety were issued a warning for presenting the gelding to race without the notified blinds. Fractious prior to the start requiring assistance from a Starting Attendant. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
FERNETTI - driver A Drake was warned for the manner he drove after 200m when crowding an inside runner.
GLENGARRY MOONLIGHT - over-raced middle stages and despite the efforts of driver T Williams caused driver S Tomlinson (STEPHS BOY), which GLENGARRY MOONLIGHT was trailing, some inconvenience.
Race 9   RENWICK FARMS HANDICAP TROT
SONOMA TYRON - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
SIMONE LINDENNY - weakened final bend striking several track markers hampering a trailing runner. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Williamson advised the mare had over-raced through the early stages and had been striking a knee. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
CORMORAN STRIKE - crowded by an outside runner shortly after the start. Broke after 100m losing all chance.
VERTIGO - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver G Smith advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days. Mr Smith was issued a warning for the manner in which he drove shortly after the start when crowding an inside runner.
Race 10   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
DON JUAN - over-raced middle stages.
PLAYING WITH STARS - trainer T Bagrie admitted a breach of Rule 865(2) in that he presented the mare to race without the notified blinds which were affixed prior to the start. After hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $150.
GIVEMEWHATINEED - late scratching at 10.10am on veterinary advice.
AUNTIE DEB - held up final bend.
WATERHOLES ROAD - weakened final bend.
BORRISOKANE - trainer R Todd advised Stewards the gelding has had its hocks treated since last racing and will be driven for one run if circumstances permit.
