Junior driver S Hill (assisted by S Tomlinson) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when allowing his runner to improve into a gap early in the run home when no run existed resulting in his horse locking wheels with TAKE THE DEAL with both runners losing all chance. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hill's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 1 September 2024 (2 days). | |
