AND REMEMBER ME - raced keenly middle stages when being restrained to take a trail.
BOSS JO - slow early.
JOHNNY HOCKEY - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Broke again near the 700m when trailing the field losing its chance.
HAPPY HILL - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
ALDEBARAN CRYSTAL - lay in rounding the turn near the 1300m and raced over several track markers. Continued to lay in rounding the turns contacting further track markers near the 250m.
HENRIK LUNDQVIST - back from position at dispatch. Broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the trainer's request.
Race 2   GRAND PARK MOBILE PACE
KOURTNEY KARDASH - lay in rounding the final turn contacting a track marker losing some ground.
SUNSHINE SHELBY - held up for clear running over the final 50m having to be steadied.
BENJAMIN BUTTON - Trainer S Abernethy was warned for presenting the gelding with the incorrect saddlecloth number. Back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver D Grundmann, assisted by J Abernethy, was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice. Raced keenly middle stages. Lay in contacting a track marker near the 1250m then again near the 250m.
DOM TORETTO - pulled hard when being restrained towards the rear in the early stages.
CLAUDE - back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver E Johnson, assisted by A Neal, was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice.
MEDINA MAGIC - the required veterinary clearance was received. Back from position at dispatch. Junior Driver K Denifostova, assisted by J Dickie, was issued a warning. Connections advised that the gelding had cast both front shoes during the running.
DOMINUS - broke near the 600m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
Race 3   WHAT THE HILL @ WOODLANDS STUD F & M MOBILE TROT
COOL PHELAN - broke rounding the first turn losing its chance.
MAJESTIC BUNDY - broke late in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners.
EAGLE HANOVER - shifted outwards on straightening for the run home. Driver J Abernethy was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the home straight in future.
ALDEBARAN PIPPI - Driver B Hackett admitted a charge under Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion on one occasion early in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300.
KEEP IT KLASSY - lay in rounding the final turn contacting track markers with one marker being dislodged.
SANS AU REVOIR - raced wide without cover from the 800m.
BRIENNE - held up early stages of the run home.
Race 4   TAB GOLDEN GAIT - ENTER YOUR HORSE TO EARN POINTS MOB PACE
THE REVENANT - broke rounding the first turn losing ground before settling at the rear.
HANNAH SOPHIA - raced keenly middle stages when there was an easing of the pace. Weakened final turn.
TINA ACE - broke rounding the first turn losing ground. Lay in badly rounding the final turn causing Driver Z Butcher considerable difficulty then broke losing all chance. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.
Race 5   WOODLANDS STUD ALL STAR FIVE MOBILE PACE
CLOUDING OVER - held up briefly near the 100m.
CHANGE TACT - shifted out marginally on straightening for the run home placing an outside runner in restricted room. Driver A Poutama was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the home straight in future.
IT'S NAE OR NEVER - had difficulty obtaining clear running early in the home straight.
CLASSIC ELEGANCE - lay in at various stages and in particular near the 750m when contacting and dislodging track markers. Shifted out over the latter stages of the run home, despite the efforts of Driver D Butcher, after utilising the passing lane. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners. Trainer T Hopkins advised that this runner will be turned out for a spell.
ALWAYS B STUNNING - back from position at the start despite the efforts of Driver Z Butcher. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners.
ACUSHLA MACHREE - paced roughly when in restricted room approaching the 150m.
Race 6   BORDER FENCING SERVICES F & M MOBILE TROT
SANINARMBRO - Driver R Downey was warned for using his whip free of the rein on one occasion passing the 150m.
THE MOONSTONE - broke early in the score up but was in position at dispatch. Broke approaching the 1400m losing all chance and was retired from the event. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - broke passing the 100m and shifted out locking wheels with an outside runner. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
KIMKAR DASH - pre-race warmed. Checked and broke when locking wheels with an inside runner approaching the 50m losing its chance.
SHEZ BELLA - broke approaching 150m losing all chance

MY COPY - when questioned regarding the seemingly improved performance connections advised the gelding had been aided by a favourable run from a good barrier draw after getting too far back from wide draws in its previous two starts.
BUSLOAD OF FAITH - weakened in the run home.
SKIPPER - lay in rounding the final turn contacting a track marker.
COASTAL BABE - raced wide early before securing a position in the running line towards the rear.
Race 8   GALLAGHER INSURANCE 2YO C & G MOBILE PACE
SOUTH SIDE STORY - broke early in the score up and was back from position at the candy pole. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Driver Z Butcher encountered considerable difficulty in restraining this runner to take a trail rounding the first turn and then again near the 1150m. When questioned Mr Butcher confirmed that this had taken its toll.
SUGAR RAY LINCOLN - Trainer R Green was warned for presenting the colt with removable deafeners that were not notified. Broke briefly in the score up but was in position at dispatch. Broke again approaching the 1400m checking a trailing runner and lost all chance. A warning was placed on the colt's racing manners. Mr Green advised that this runner would be gelded and turned out for a spell.
BAR LOUIE - broke briefly in the score up but was in position at dispatch.
LINCOLN LOU - checked by a breaking runner near the 1400m and broke briefly losing ground.
Race 9   THE ALEX BAR & EATERY MOBILE TROT
BOSS KENNY - pre-race warmed. Broke near the 100m and failed to settle. Stewards lodged a protest against 4th placing being awarded to this runner under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. Connections did not contest the protest and BOSS KENNY was disqualified by Stewards.
