Race 1   LYSAGHT GLASS TROT
SINNER COOL - broke in the early stages. Broke again on the first bend and near the 1800 metres losing all chance.
JUDICATE - slow to begin.
COSMIC ANGEL - broke briefly and trotted roughly through the early stages losing all chance. A final warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
Race 2   DAIRY BUSINESS CENTRE MOBILE PACE
FLYAWAY - hung outwards in the run home crowding an outside runner near the 150 metres.
SEABREEZE SOLITAIRE - when questioned regarding the performance driver J Morrison could offer no tangible explanation.
SPARK IT UP - driver S Boyd was warned for using his whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
CHAMPAGNE NEN - weakened leaving the final bend. Crowded near the 150 metres and had to be steadied. When spoken to regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised he was very disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
MADAM RULER - paced roughly shortly after the start. Held up throughout the run home.
CLASSIE LINC - raced wide early. When questioned regarding the improved performance driver S Tomlinson advised that the filly had recently been cleared from the unruly and was able to take advantage of its front row draw today.
SPLASH OF CRIMSON - held up early in the run home.
CHRISLYNN - paced roughly shortly after the start.
PAT MACH - shifted inwards marginally near the 150 metres which crowded an inside runner.
Race 3   TRUDGEONS PAINTERS AND DECORATORS MOBILE TROT
MERLOT - driver L Newton was spoken to advisedly for using her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
NORTIE NORTIE - weakened leaving the final bend. When spoken to regarding the performance driver S Ottley advised the gelding may have been unsuited to working hard in the early stages in an attempt to reach the lead in the prevailing track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SUNNY LOUIS - broke after 200 metres losing ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the colt had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
NAVARA - broke in the early stages losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Broke again passing the 450 metres.
Race 4   MORRISON MITSUBISHI PACE
DIANA'S JOY - hung outwards and broke rounding the first bend when over-racing hampering trailing runners. Commenced to race fiercely when being restrained to its correct gait shortly after causing driver R Close considerable difficulty and was shifted into the passing lane to avoid interfering with trailing runners. Mr Close was able to shift the filly outwards to clear trailing runners near the 1300 metres and it was then eased out of the race. Stood down to complete one satisfactory trial prior to resuming. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
BEAUDIENE QUICK STEP - broke at the start losing ground. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Paced roughly through the middle stages. Hung inwards and paced roughly near the 150 metres when being shifted wider on the track by an inside runner.
FOVEAUX GAMBLER - hampered by DIANA'S JOY for a distance passing the 1500 metres.
WILLIAM GEES LEGACY - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Again hampered near the 1400 metres.
CRIMSON ROCK - slow to begin. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Held up early in the run home.
UPTOWN FUNK - hampered near the 1400 metres. Driver T Williams reported that a sulky tyre deflated during the running.
JUSTIN FUN - paced roughly shortly after the start. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Again hampered near the 1400 metres.
CHEEKYGRIN - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Again hampered near the 1400 metres.
PURE COURAGE - raced wide early. Over-raced middle stages. Held up early and middle stages of the run home. Cleared from the unruly for future standing starts.
Race 5   4B'S SYNDICATE JUNIOR DRIVERS MOBILE PACE
PERAKI REACTOR - lay inwards in the run home having to be corrected by driver S Diamant on several occasions.
A ROCKNROLL STAR - cast a bell boot near the 250 metres.
ANYTHING GOES - raced wide early. Lay outwards throughout the run home and shifted up the track.
CHA CHA B - over-raced middle stages in the parked position.
Race 6   LOGAN PERKINS 21ST BIRTHDAY BASH MOBILE PACE
LA SABINA - co-trainers C & C Dalgety were warned for not having mudguards affixed to their sulky.
WOODLEA BEAVER - over-raced in the early stages when wide on the track. Continued to over-race through the middle stages.
FOLLOW ME FANTASY - over-raced middle stages.
SCARED STIFF - held up throughout the run home. Driver T Chmiel advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
HOME GROWN - lay outwards in the run home briefly crowding an outside runner near the 100 metres.
GET KRAKEN - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Mr Cox was issued a warning for crossing over prior to reaching the start point.
JORDY - broke briefly early in the score up. Out of position at the start. Driver J Dunn was issued a warning. Lay inwards in the run home briefly crowding an inside runner near the 100 metres.
SWAGGER MAN - out of position at the start. Driver D White was issued a warning. Briefly crowded near the 100 metres.
BARNSTORMER - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
Race 7   T F PEARSON MEMORIAL MOBILE TROT
GAYTANA - switched to a pace near the 400 metres before breaking and losing all chance. Driver S Tomlinson reported that in her opinion the mare had failed to handle the prevailing track conditions.
PHOEBE K - broke near the 1500 metres losing all chance and was retired from the race.
INSTANT DELIGHT - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
ROYAL DIEDRE - junior driver S Thornley was spoken to advisedly for the positioning of his right foot when activating gear in the run home.
TI AMO BELLE - lay inwards throughout the running.
MAJESTIC ROLLON - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Morrison. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts.
SILVERLININGS - trotted roughly in the run home and was unable to be fully driven out.
KAHNTDOITALONE - weakened in the run home.
Race 8   HYGAIN & MITAVITE FEEDS HANDICAP PACE
TAXMAN - paced roughly as the start was effected losing ground.
KINGSDOWN ATOM - weakened from the 300 metres. When questioned regarding the performance driver M Williamson advised the gelding had worked hard early when challenging for the lead rounding the first bend but had proved disappointing and in his opinion may not have handled the prevailing track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
WINEGUM - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BETTERTHANHOPE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room early in the run home. Driver J Hay was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the home straight.
MANJIMUP - driver R Cameron was spoken to advisedly for the manner in which he used his whip in the run home.
CHAMPAGNEANDWINE - when spoken to regarding the performance driver J Morrison advised that the mare may have been unsuited to working hard through the middle stages to race parked in the prevailing track conditions.
EASTWOOD IDEAL - late scratching at 1.02pm due to the track conditions.

RUBY'S A DELIGHT - held up early in the run home.
SHADY RULER - paced roughly throughout.
OPAWA LOUIE - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver K Cameron advised that the gelding had appreciated a drop back in class from recent racing and had capitalised on a favourable run throughout.
