After hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr DeFilippi's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 1 April up to and including 10 April 2022 (3 days). | |

Stewards lodged a protest under Rule 869(7B) against 1st placing being awarded to the gelding alleging it had gained an advantage when shifting inside the marker line to obtain clear running near the 150 metres. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from driver R May and Stewards the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the protest. Mr May was warned to make a greater effort to ensure he does not race inside track markers in future. | |
