DANCE TILL DAWN - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 2000 metres when DANCE TILL DAWN (B Mangos) shifted outwards as REMEMBER ME (C Dalgety) was shifting ground inwards from an outside draw. After viewing the replays and hearing from both drivers it was established that DANCE TILL DAWN had shifted ground outwards when entitled to do so as REMEMBER ME had not been positioned in the two wide line however shortly after DANCE TILL DAWN had raced greenly and shifted further up the track despite the efforts of Mr Mangos which briefly forced REMEMBER ME to race wider on the track. After considering the matter, no further action was deemed necessary. Hampered near the 100 metres. Mr Mangos was warned for using his whip free of the rein on several occasions shortly after the start. | |
