After viewing replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr May's licence to drive from the conclusion of racing on 18 March 2022 up to and including 23 March 2022 (3 days). |

ARDEN'S DELIGHT - over-raced near the 1400 metres when attempting to take a trailing position. Junior driver S Diamant was issued with a warning for using her whip free of the rein on one occasion in the run home. | |
ADIEU FLIRT - trainer J Hay advised this mare has had a knee treated since last racing. Broke in the score-up losing considerable ground. Placed on the Unruly for future mobile starts. | |
SHOW ME HEAVEN - weakened from the 400 metres. When questioned regarding the performance junior driver E Barron advised that the mare may not have backed up from its last start. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the mare with co-trainers S & A Telfer in the coming days. | |
Stable representative T Williams advised Stewards on 17 March that SHOW ME HEAVEN has been sent for a spell after disappointing at its last start. |

LAVER - swung sideways at the start and broke. Driver G O'Reilly reported that the gelding had been making abnormal breathing noises on pulling up. Co-trainer G Dunn advised they would have the gelding examined by their own Veterinarian in the coming days which Stewards will follow up. | |
