After viewing replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Williamson's licence to drive from the conclusion of racing 6 March 2022 up to and including 20 March 2022 (8 days). | |

THE COBBLER - held up early in the run home before racing inside a track marker near the 100 metres. Stewards lodged a Protest against 2nd placing being awarded to this gelding alleging it had gained an advantage when shifting inside the marker line to obtain clear running. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from driver B Orange and the Stewards the Adjudicative Committee upheld the Protest and disqualified THE COBBLER. Mr Orange admitted a subsequent charge that he allowed his runner to protrude inside the marker line and thereby gained an advantage. After considering penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300. | |

After viewing replays it was established that this gelding had commenced its outwards movement prior to PORT AU PRINCE reaching its sulky wheel with the matter taken no further. | |
