NAKULA - broke rounding the first bend after being shifted inwards by an outside runner losing all chance. Driver R Jenkins defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly when failing to concede his position when being shifted inwards by GET BACK on the first bend. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Jenkins, the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge. |
