GREENBACK BOOGIE - the boring pole base detached from the saddle during the running. Trainer M House was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for failing to affix this gear so as not to come adrift. Weakened final bend. | |

IDEAL ZEN - weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance Driver D Butcher advised the entire had been making abnormal breathing noises during the running and had raced lethargically. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the horse in the coming days. |

RAGING WHITEBAIT - weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer D Gale advised that the gelding was showing some signs of having a virus and will be treated prior to resuming. | |

LETSGODANCING - late scratching at 8.10 am on veterinary advice. | |
ARCHAIC LUSTRE - over-raced early stages when wide on the track and was restrained to the rear. | |
BIG SKEWY - lay in rounding the bends and in particular passing the 400 metres striking track markers. | |
BOULTON HOME - when questioned regarding the improved performance the connections advised they had made several gear adjustments to the gelding's gear after racing on Tuesday which had proved beneficial to improving its gait tonight. |

CLYMENUS - Driver J Abernethy reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 600 metres. | |
ACESANDKINGS - broke racing into the first bend and shifted outwards checking an outside runner. While in a gallop the gelding broke a front hopple loop and was retired from the race. This gear was inspected and found to be in previously good condition. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. | |
PEMBROOK'S DESTINY - checked by a breaking runner racing into the first bend and was forced wider on the track. | |
RAKE - over-raced middle stages. | |
TICKING OVER - weakened leaving the final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the gelding in the coming days. | |
BENDER - weakened from the 450 metres. | |
