Race 9 - FRESH CHOICE (GERALDINE) MOBILE PACE
Trainer M Brinsdon admitted a breach of Rule 823(3) in that he failed to lodge a Horse Movement for MACH QUILLAN. After hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Brinsdon, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $150.

Race 1   CALDWELL CONTRACTING LTD MOBILE PACE
BRANXHOLME LASS - raced greenly in the score-up and was out of position at the start. Slow in the early stages. Paced roughly near the 1100 metres losing ground.
FOXFIRE EASTON - lay inwards when weakening on the final bend contacting track markers.
DUKE OF CORNWALL - lay inwards and paced roughly early in the run home, having to be corrected by driver M Williamson.
Race 2   WYNDHAM WORKOUTS TROT
THE BRONX BOMBER - broke after 100 metres losing all chance.
NUBLIAH CHAMAY - lay outwards over the concluding stages and was unable to fully driven out by driver B Orange.
DONALD TRUMP - broke briefly at the start. When questioned regarding the performance driver N Williamson reported the gelding had lay inwards and trotted roughly in the run home and due to this he was unable to drive the horse out.
RANDOM SPUR - slow in the early stages.
PEAKY LOU - broke shortly after the the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
SON OF A SUN - slow in the early stages.
BELISMA - slow in the early stages.
Race 3   MARSHALL EXCAVATING MOBILE PACE
The start of this race was delayed approximately 5 minutes when the water truck was required to complete an extra circuit due to the windy and dusty conditions.
BETTORS ATOM - weakened on the final bend.
SWEET ANNIE - when asked to comment on the improved performance trainer B McIntyre advised the mare had trialled well recently, appreciated racing in a fresh state and the blinds being removed for today.
STAMP DUTY(AUS) - crowded for clear racing room late in the run home. Driver B Williamson reported the gelding had paced roughly on several occasions during the running and he was disappointed with the performance. Stewards will follow up with trainer M House in the coming days.
PLAYBOY PRINCE - junior driver M Hurrell reported his right rein became entangled in the horse's tail over the concluding stages placing him at a considerable disadvantage with the horse shifting ground inwards despite his efforts.
Trainer M House advised Stewards on 26 December that STAMP DUTY(AUS) has recovered well following its last start and will continue with its current preparation.
Race 4   MATAI FARMS MOBILE PACE
STILL ROCKIN - paced roughly in the early stages losing ground. Hung inwards and again paced roughly when weakening rounding the final bend. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormality. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the gelding with trainer R Gutsell in the coming days.
STILTON LORD - lay outwards on various occasions during the running. Weakened on the final bend. Trainer/Driver T Robertson reported the gelding had got its tongue over the bit causing him some steering difficulty and he would be adding a tongue tie prior to the horse racing next.
MAJOR DOLMIO - weakened on the final bend.
TALKIN UNOWHAT - driver B Barclay reported he had difficulty steering the gelding throughout.
BILLY BUCKET - out of position at the start. Driver A Milne was issued with a warning. Weakened on the final bend.
ROCK MY MIND - cleared from the Unruly for future mobile starts.
Trainer R Gutsell advised Stewards on 24 December that following its disappointing performance STILL ROCKIN had recovered well, worked good during the week and would be continuing on with the current preparation.
Race 5   RODGERS GARAGE LTD MOBILE PACE
ELLZ ANGEL - held up for clear racing room in the early stages of the run home and again just prior to the finish line.
PARADISE VALLEY - held up on the final bend.
HERITAGE - held up late in the run home.
Race 6   KYLEMORE PERENDALES & KILLARA CHEVIOTS MOBILE PACE
TANGIER TANGO - weakened on the final bend.
ONEDIN HURRICANE - over-raced through the middle stages. Broke near the 600 metres after making contact with the sulky wheel of TANGIER TANGO and lost its chance. Stewards questioned drivers C Ferguson (TANGIER TANGO) and E Barron (ONEDIN HURRICANE) regarding this incident where it was established that after ONEDIN HURRICANE had shifted ground outwards to improve its position, the gelding had hung inwards simultaneous to TANGIER TANGO laying outwards when commencing to weaken resulting in ONEDIN HURRICANE making contact with the sulky wheel of TANGIER TANGO and breaking. After considering the matter, Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any one horse or driver and took the matter no further.
FRANCO JUNE - broke shortly after the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
Race 7   FRANKS MOTORCYCLES & 4 SPARES HANDICAP TROT
MISS JESSICA - weakened on the final bend.
CODY BANNER - broke racing into the first bend when briefly placed in restricted room with trailing runners being hampered.
GLOBAL FLIGHT - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend. When asked to comment on the performance driver R Jenkins advised that the gelding had felt flat throughout and proved disappointing. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the gelding in the coming days.
ROBO TROUBLE - weakened on the final bend.
BREAK OUT - trotted roughly near the 1100 metres and had to be steadied.
FOREIGNER - hampered and broke racing into the first bend.
WINNING BONES - trotted roughly rounding the first bend. Again trotted roughly near the 1100 metres after a slight easing of the pace.
SUNNIVUE PHILEAH - had to be steadied passing the 1100 metres when there was a slight easing of the pace. Held up until late in the run home.
MADRIK - over-raced early stages. Became awkwardly placed close to the sulky of SIOUX PRINCESS near the 1400 metres and when being shifted wider on the track struck the sulky wheel of that runner despite the efforts of driver K Barclay. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Broke near the 1000 metres losing ground.
SIOUX PRINCESS - retired from the race with a punctured sulky tyre near the 1000 metres.
AFTERBURNER - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend. Over-raced in the middle stages.
Trainer A Lethaby advised Stewards on 23 December that GLOBAL FLIGHT has recovered well following its disappointing performance last start and will continue with its current preparation.
Race 8   MLT LADYSHIP FINAL FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
GLORAFILIA - broke in the score-up briefly hampering a trailing runner, however recovered to be in its position at the start. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
NYLA - held up on the final bend.
ROCK N DASH - raced wide in the early stages.
BOOTIES DELIGHT - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 1.20pm. Stood down pending a Veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
REDNECK WOMAN - briefly hampered in the score-up however recovered to be in position at the start.
Race 9   FORBURY PARK TC RACING AT WYNDHAM 26 JANUARY MOBILE PACE
OLIVE COOK - hampered by a breaking runner on the final bend.
LOVE ON THE ROCKS - over-raced in the middle stages. Hung outwards and broke rounding the final bend hampering a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
AIRWAVES - paced roughly and broke rounding the first bend hampering a trailing runner losing its chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
CAST A SHADOW - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.
TAXMAN - over-raced in the score-up.
I'M TROUBLE - over-raced in the early and middle stages.
