Race 2 - BOOK YOUR CHRISTMAS PARTY AT ALEX PARK MOBILE PACE
Co-trainer S Telfer reported that he had blood tests taken from MIMI E COCO following its disappointing performance last start which revealed some irregularities. Mr Telfer added that the mare has since been treated and will continue with its current preparation.
Race 6 - DUNSTAN HORSE FEEDS SIRES STAKES FILLIES HEAT 4 (MOB PACE)
Co-trainer S Telfer reported that he had blood tests taken from OBSESSION following its disappointing performance last start which revealed some irregularities. Mr Telfer added that the filly has since been treated and would return to the trials prior to resuming.

Race 1   BETTOR'S WISH AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
LOUIE THE PUNTER - over-raced through the middle stages. A side hopple carrier came adrift during the running. This gear was inspected and found to be in good condition and sufficiently taped. Trainer R Green was found not to be at fault and no further action was deemed necessary.
HESASHORETHING - paced roughly rounding the first bend. Again paced roughly and lay outwards rounding the final bend and in the run home.
MELANION - lay inwards throughout the run home.
Race 2   CREATINE STANDING AT NEVELE R HANDICAP TROT
MM SUNSHINE - began awkwardly. Trotted roughly from the 1000 metres losing ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the filly to be coughing on several occasions. Trainer D Balle advised that the filly would be examined by his veterinarian in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
WHO'S QUEEN - broke near the 1400 metres losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
MR MUSCLE - broke at the start losing all chance.
HILL OF PEACE - trotted roughly through the early stages.
LIAISON - broke at the start losing ground. Raced wide without cover from the 1150 metres. Weakened final bend.
SILVER POWER - trotted roughly in the early stages. Attempted to improve four wide from the 500 metres before weakening leaving the final bend.
Trainer D Balle advised Stewards on 15 December that MM Sunshine was found to be sore in a hock following its performance last Friday and is receiving the appropriate treatment.
Race 3   CAPTAIN CRUNCH AT ALABAR / NEVELE R MOBILE PACE
KORLOFF NOIR - hung inwards throughout causing driver Z Butcher some difficulty. Paced roughly near the 500 metres losing ground which briefly hampered trailing runners. Weakened final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
MAJOR GRACE - hampered near the 1600 metres after a slight easing of the pace and struck the sulky wheel of JONO B despite the efforts of driver A Drake.
NIRVANA FRANCO - hampered near the 500 metres.
FOUR KISSES - raced wide early stages.
SYLVIA KAY - hampered near the 1600 metres after a slight easing of the pace. Again hampered near the 500 metres. Held up final bend.
JONO B - hampered near the 1600 metres after a slight easing of the pace. Driver J Abernethy reported that he sustained a punctured sulky tyre in this incident. Weakened final bend.
STRENGTH AND HONOUR - raced wide early stages. Raced greenly near the 1600 metres when leading despite the efforts of driver B Mangos resulting in a slight easing of the pace with trailing runners being hampered.
Race 4   MARCOOLA STANDING AT NEVELE R TROT
VALEGRO - broke racing into the first bend losing ground. Broke again near the 900 metres losing all chance.
CYCLONE LEBRON - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.
DEBBIE LEE GALLEON - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Driver O Gillies advised that a sulky tyre deflated during the running.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - tangled away. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Driver T Cameron reported that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
ESCAPE THE PACE - held up middle stages of the run home before breaking near the 150 metres.
COMMANCHERO - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Broke near the 80 metres and continued on in a break over the finish line. A Protest was lodged against this runner's 4th placing for breaking in excess of 50 metres in the final 200 metres of the race. The Protest was not contested by connections and the gelding was disqualified by the Adjudicative Committee.
SHAKEMJENNY - broke near the 1200 metres losing all chance.
SANINARMBRO - paced briefly as the start was effected. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend. Broke near the 1900 metres losing ground. Authorisation of the promoted 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
CRUISE CONTROL - broke after 150 metres losing ground. Broke again near the 900 metres losing all chance.
Race 5   TRIPLE EIGHT - 2021 INTER DOMINION FINALIST MOBILE PACE
MALAKA MISS - hung inwards under pressure rounding the final bend losing ground.
REMEMBER ME - co-trainers C & C Dalgety were charged a $25 fee for failing to have the correct colours available.
CASINO ACTION - shifted inwards striking track markers when leading near the 650 metres. Driver A Poutama was warned to make a greater effort to ensure he does not make contact with track markers in future.
IDEAL PRINCE - weakened leaving the final bend.
BETTOR LISTEN - lay inwards in the run home crowding an inside runner over the concluding stages. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards had spoken to driver T Herlihy (REMEMBER ME - 3rd placing) who advised that his chances had not been affected when placed in restricted room late in the run home. Driver Z Butcher was reminded of his obligations to ensure he maintains as straight a course as possible in the home straight.
Race 6   DAVID CUNNEEN TRACK MANAGER FAREWELL MOBILE TROT
UNCLE LOUIS - held up early stages of the run home.
RUMOUR HAS IT - over-raced middle stages.
CRAZY - trainer T Hall was warned for presenting the gelding without the notified blind.
AARDIEBYTHEHILL - lay outwards near the 1500 metres losing ground which resulted in CRAZY being able to shift inwards ahead of that runner.
LADY BE GOOD - authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards had viewed the replay and were satisfied that the mare was in the correct gait when its nose reached the finish line.
KELVINZ LUCK - broke briefly as the start was effected losing ground. A final warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Hung inwards and broke near the 300 metres losing its chance.
Race 7   CADUCEUS CLUB NORTHERN BREEDERS STAKES FFA (MOB PACE)
HARDER THAN DIAMONDS - hung inwards rounding the first bend striking track markers. Over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend.
LIFES A BEACH - paced roughly in the early stages.
BELLE OF MONTANA - driver Z Butcher was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
BETTOR TWIST - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
STYLISH MEMPHIS - trainer M Jones was warned for failing to have the correct colours available. Raced wide without cover from the 900 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance driver M McKendry reported that he was pleased with the performance after having to race wide for a considerable distance.
PELOSI - paced roughly rounding the first bend. Over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend. Driver A Poutama reported that the mare had hung throughout.
Race 8   MAJESTIC SON AT ALABAR MOBILE TROT
KINGS LANDING - trotted roughly in the early stages. Again trotted roughly in the run home.
BOLT FOR BRILLIANCE - lay outwards leaving the final bend and throughout the run home.
TEMPORALE - over-raced for a distance passing the 1700 metres when being restrained to obtain cover.
Race 9   LAZARUS AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
BET ON THE TIGER - driver A Drake was warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
KNIGHTS STRIDE - had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
Race 10   ART MAJOR AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
MISS MONTANA - over-raced middle stages.
LITTLE SUZIE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
MAY DELIGHT - raced wide in the early stages before being restrained to the rear of the field.
