Race 1   MARSHALL INDUSTRIES LTD MOBILE TROT
HOT TO TROT - shifted down the track over the concluding stages when under pressure.
SHEZA GIFT - hampered by a breaking runner near the 900 metres. Driver P Williamson reported he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
RANDOM SPUR - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Morrison. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
TEASE MY TARTAN - weakened on the final bend.
THE POWER BROKER - Trainer M Williams was issued with a warning for presenting this gelding without the notified blinds. Weakened on the final bend.
KYLE LOCH - raced wide in the early stages. Broke near the 1000 metres hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance.
WESTLAND PEAK - trotted roughly in the early stages.
ANDOVER THE KEYS - trotted roughly in the middle stages.
MILLIE'S GIFT - back from the Unruly at the start. Raced wide without cover from the 1200 metres. Broke late in the run home. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until the Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when breaking over the concluding stages.
Race 2   RAGING BULL AT MACCA LODGE FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
SISTA SAMMY - shifted down the track over the concluding stages when under pressure.
CELTIC ABBEY - raced wide in the early stages.
ELLZ ANGEL - raced wide in the early stages.
SCARLET RIBBON - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Larsen. Paced roughly near the 900 metres after being forced wider on the track, then continued to race wide without cover thereafter. Again paced roughly on the final bend.
NETHERTON FRANCO - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver M Williamson.
ATARAH - attempted to duck under the mobile barrier arm early in the score-up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Held up on the final bend.
ASK ME LOU - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver A Kyle. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Weakened on the final bend.
Race 3   WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
There was a delay to the start of this race due to a replacement sulky being required for CARRERA DANCE.
CARRERA DANCE - the boring pole broke during the preliminary and was removed prior to the start.
HENRY MAGUIRE - raced wide without cover from the 900 metres.
LOU'S DEAL - broke near the 1000 metres hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Driver S Ottley reported the gelding had paced roughly throughout and she would be recommending gear changes.
TEDDY BAKER - badly hampered by a breaking runner near the 1000 metres losing ground.
Race 4   YALDHURST HOTEL 3YO TRANSITIONAL MOBILE PACE
BOOTIES DELIGHT - over-raced in the early stages. Weakened on the final bend.
BRIGADIERS SON - lay inwards shortly after the start and rounding the first bend. Weakened on the final bend.
BENSONS MATE - Trainer C Jones was issued with a warning for presenting this gelding with the incorrect colours. Raced wide in the early stages. Paced roughly passing the 1000 metres when attempting to progress forward to the lead.
Race 5   PLUMBING WORLD HANDICAP TROT
LOVE IS EVERYWHERE - fractious prior to the start. Weakened on the final bend. Driver T Williams reported he had sustained a punctured sulky tyre during the running.
RUBY SEDDON - held up on the final bend and throughout the run home with driver N Williamson reporting he did not release the removable deafeners as a consequence.
DEM BONES DEM BONES - broke after 200 metres losing all chance.
BREAK OUT - broke at the start. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until the Stewards confirmed the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when breaking at the start.
DENN NEE'S SISTER - backed away as the start was effected. Broke near the 1800 metres losing all chance.
SOUTH PARK - cleared from the Unruly for future standing start engagements.
MYSTICAL STAR - stood on the mark losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Following the race authorisation of dividends was withheld until Stewards had reviewed the films of the start and confirmed this mare had not been denied a fair start.
SVELT - briefly hampered by a breaking runner on the first bend.
STEVE - trotted roughly rounding the first bend and had to be steadied. Held up on the final bend.
ALLABOUTTHEMOMENT - briefly hampered at the start.
SIOUX PRINCESS - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 6   NEVELE R STUD MOBILE PACE
BAILEYS ART - held up on the final bend.
BRANXHOLME LASS - broke racing into the first bend checking trailing runners and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
SAND WAVE - held up on the final bend.
WITH A BANG - lay outwards when weakening on the final bend.
NUTCRACKER - raced wide in the early stages. Checked racing into the first bend.
DUKE OF CORNWALL - checked and broke racing into the first bend losing all chance.
Race 7   ALABAR NZ LTD MOBILE PACE
I'M WATCHING YOU - held up in the early stages of the run home.
BIZZIE LOU - held up on the final bend and until late in the run home.
BEEZ NEEZ - when asked to comment on the perceived improved performance trainer L Bond advised today was a significant drop in class, the gelding had been working well in the lead up, is suited by the big rolling track and he was not surprised by the effort.
TAD LINCOLN - raced wide in the early stages and was restrained to the rear of the field. Raced wide without cover from the 900 metres.
STAMP DUTY(AUS) - held up on the final bend and throughout the run home with driver B Williamson reporting he did not release the removable deafeners as a consequence.
BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS - held up on the final bend and throughout the run home.
FIREFOREFIDDLE - over-raced in the early stages. Held up in the early stages of the run home.
Race 8   BRECKON FARMS MOBILE PACE
PROVISEUR - weakened leaving the final bend.
TAXMAN - over-raced in the early stages when being restrained. Held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
WRECKING BALL - raced wide until being restrained to the rear of the field near the 1600 metres.
I'M TROUBLE - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination due to not having raced for a considerable period of time and was cleared to start.
OLIVE COOK - co-trainers P & M Robertson were issued with a warning for racing this mare with the incorrect colours.
Race 9   REGENT CAR COURT MOBILE PACE
DRESS CODE - held up on the final bend and until late in the run home.
ART COURAGE - over-raced in the middle stages. Held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
CHUCKLES - weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance junior driver M Hill advised that although the gelding had worked hard in the early stages to obtain the lead he was still somewhat disappointed with the effort.
ESPECIAL - paced roughly near the 1200 metres when being shifted wider on the track to improve its position.
I'MALLABOUTTHEBASE - over-raced in the early stages when being restrained to the rear of the field.
SANTANNA MACH - briefly locked wheels with WARLOCH near the 300 metres.
WARLOCH - trainer M House was fined $100 under the Minor Infringement Schedule when presenting this gelding with removable deafeners which were not notified. The removable deafeners were removed prior to the start. Lay inwards and briefly locked wheels with SANTANNA MACH near the 300 metres.
Race 10   TRADIES DAY OUT HERE ON XMAS EVE MOBILE PACE
SUPERFAST - paced roughly rounding the first bend. Hampered by a breaking runner on the final bend. Held up throughout the run home, with driver N Williamson reporting he did not release the removable deafeners as a consequence.
MR MCLAREN - raced wide in the early stages. Briefly hampered near the 800 metres when there was a slight easing of the pace.
PERONI - raced wide in the early stages.
MAJOR MEMPHIS - over-raced in the middle stages. Held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
STONEYROYD - briefly hampered near the 800 metres when there was a slight easing of the pace. Held up on the final bend. Returned to the birdcage enclosure making abnormal breathing noises with a subsequent veterinary examination revealing the gelding to have a possible respiratory condition. Connections were advised STONEYROYD was stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
ROCK N DASH - broke near the 400 metres hampering a trailing runner. Cleared from the Unruly for future mobile barrier engagements.
