Race 1   PRO BUILD ITM ROLLESTON TROT
NORDIC PRINCE - trotted roughly in the run home and was unable to be fully driven out.
INQUIZITIVE MAN - broke after 100 metres losing all chance.
GINAS MAJESTY - trotted roughly in the run home and was unable to be fully driven out.
EMMA LOUISE - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1500 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance driver M Williamson advised that the mare had peaked on its run and would derive considerable benefit from its first race since being freshened.
MENTALIST - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1500 metres. Trotted roughly in the run home.
ELLA OF MOT - hampered near the 1500 metres and broke briefly.
ANDOVERFIST - broke passing the 1600 metres hampering trailing runners losing considerable ground. Broke again near the 500 metres losing all chance. Stood down pending a satisfactory trial.
DASHING DUTCHY - broke at the start losing ground. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 1500 metres.
Trainer L McCormick advised Stewards on 14 December that ELLA OF MOT has been served since last racing.
Race 2   MCARTHUR RIDGE/RENAISSANCE BREWERY MOBILE PACE
MELANDO CHIEF - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
BONO BROWN - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace. When questioned regarding the improved performance trainer F Baigent advised the gelding had been racing without luck in recent starts and she had been confident of a better showing today as the horse had been working well leading into the race.
PRODIGAL SON - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace. When questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver R Holmes advised the horse had performed well on a grass track previously and had appreciated the solid tempo throughout.
FLY LIKA FALCON - raced wide early stages. Driver J Harrington admitted a breach of Rule 869(4) in that he drove in a manner which caused interference to several trailing runners near the 1100 metres by easing the speed when attempting to obtain cover. After hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250. Mr Harrington was also spoken to advisedly for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
WEBS REACTOR - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace.
MAJOR WILSON - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace.
ROCK'N KIWI - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
HIKOI HINE - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer S Jacobs advised he had made gear adjustments to the mare since its last race resulting in the mare responding well in its recent training.
THE TERRORIST - jumped the crossing near the 1700 metres and paced roughly.
TWILIGHT BROMAC - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace. Over-raced middle stages.
PIECE OF GOLD - hampered near the 1000 metres after an easing of the pace. Briefly held up early in the run home.

Trainer T Yesberg advised Stewards on 22 November that following the race TWILIGHT BROMAC has been treated for a cough and respiratory complaint. Mr Yesberg also advised that SHE'S WATCHING and KUSANOVA which raced at the Banks Peninsula meeting, are being treated for the the same issues.
Race 3   CRATE & BARREL MOBILE PACE
SHEEZAGOLDENGIRL - held up by a weakening runner final bend.
TIMES ARE A CHANGIN - driver R Close was warned for using his whip in a continuous manner approaching the 900 metres. When spoken to regarding the improved performance trainer B Ward advised he had changed the shoeing of the filly since its last start when breaking after having a gear issue. Mr Ward added the horse had appreciated a strong tempo throughout had been able to improve into the race with cover.
HUEGO BOS - weakened final bend.
BEEPS - raced wide early stages. When spoken to regarding the improved performance trainer P Holmes advised the gelding had benefitted from a recent freshen up and had derived considerable benefit from a recent trial. Mr Holmes added the gelding had previously performed best on grass tracks.
EXPRESSIVE LOVE - raced wide early stages.
MAGIC SIGN - raced wide early and middle stages.
IT'S ME - raced wide without cover from the 700 metres.
SHEELASINLEAGUE - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
ROLLYARRRZ - raced wide early stages. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
WITH GRACE - raced wide early and middle stages. Briefly held up near the 200 metres. When spoken to regarding the performance driver J Dunn reported the filly had worked hard to improve its position when wide on the track through the early and middle stages with the effort taking its toll. Mr Dunn added that considering this he had not been disappointed with the effort.
Race 4   JOSH WHITTAKER EQUINE DENTIST FILLES & MARES MOBILE PACE
CHEEKYGRIN - when questioned regarding the improved performance driver G McStay advised the mare had been racing without luck in recent starts and had been working well leading into today's race and he was not surprised with the effort.
SHES WATCHING - held up for clear racing room for the majority of the run home. Trainer T Yesberg advised Stewards on 22 November that the mare has been treated for a cough and respiratory complaint since last racing.
SHEZA MANIPULATOR - over-raced middle stages.
KALI B - broke late in the score-up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
PHONE TAP - raced wide early stages. Driver J Young-Grant reported that the filly had hung outwards throughout causing her some difficulty.
KAYSER - the all clear was delayed after junior driver K Newman requested to review the start of the race to determine if he had been denied a fair start after being hampered late in the score-up. After reviewing the films Stewards acting under Rule 213(1)(j) declared the horse a non-runner.

WAVETHEBILL - broke at the start.
GET OUTTA TOWN - broke at the start.
IT'S A SHAWTHING - broke at the start.
RUBY'S A DELIGHT - broke at the start. Held up early stages of the run home.
CHARLIE'S ACE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
MARK DUNNETT - broke briefly at the start.
ART COLLECTOR - lay out in the run home.
KENNEDY - held up early stages of the run home. Stewards lodged a protest against 2nd placing being awarded to the gelding alleging the horse gained an advantage by improving its position in the passing lane in the early stages. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards, Mr DeFilippi and co-owner P Cook, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the Protest and disqualified KENNEDY from 2nd placing. Driver C DeFilippi defended an associated charge alleging he had driven improperly in the early stages by improving his position in the passing lane. After viewing the replays and hearing the evidence from Stewards and Mr DeFilippi, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the charge and suspended Mr DeFilippi's drivers licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 8th December 2021 (6 days).
EL SIRRAR - hampered shortly after the start. Held up early stages of the run home.
OMAR SHARIF - broke at the start. Hung inwards near the 1600 metres dislodging a track marker.
KOWHAI SHADOW - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
ESSENCE OF EASTON - driver J Murdoch was issued a $100 minor infringement notice for failing to activate the removable deafeners on the gelding.
Race 6   NORTH'N RIVERS EQUINE-PASTOR STEPHEN AT LLOWALONG FARM TROT
The start was delayed due to the Protest in the previous race.
GIRLS LET LOOSE - held up throughout the run home.
BRIGHT GLOW - had difficulty in obtaining clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the run home.
LUMINOSITY - trainer B Hutton advised the mare has been served since last racing.
CALL THIS FUN - raced wide without cover from the 700 metres. Broke near the 400 metres. A final warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
KENNY KEKO - raced wide early stages.
FULL OF HOPE - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer P Nairn advised that the mare had appreciated a significant drop in class from recent racing and had performed well on grass tracks in previous starts.
MY MOMENT'S NOW - broke leaving the final bend
MONRIKA - broke at the start. Over-raced middle stages.
Race 7   PAUL RENWICK JOINERY (JUNIOR DRIVERS) MOBILE PACE
DENNIS DENUTO - raced wide early stages.
FRANKIE JONES - raced wide early stages.
CALYPSO ROCK - raced wide early stages.
SKIDADDLE and DENNIS DENUTO locked wheels near the 1400 metres resulting in driver B Hope (SKIDADDLE) being dislodged from his sulky with SKIDADDLE escaping driverless with a number of runners being checked to varying degrees. Due to the driverless horse disorganising the field and with safety concerns for all other horses and drivers, Stewards stopped the race in accordance with Rule 211A(1). However due to the horses having raced more than 1000 metres without being able to be stopped Stewards determined the race be abandoned. Driver B Hope was examined by St John Paramedics and was cleared to fulfill his remaining driving engagements. Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any one horse or driver in relation to SKIDADDLE and DENNIS DENUTO locking wheels and took the matter no further.
Race 8   CRAYTHORNES HOTEL - PART OF THE OXFORD GROUP MOB PACE
JOURNO - over-raced in the early stages and became awkwardly placed close to the sulky wheel of SISTER'S DELIGHT resulting in the gelding shifting wider on the track forcing HONOUR SCROLL outwards near the 1700 metres. Driver J Dunn admitted a breach of the Push Out Rule and after hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250.
SISTER'S DELIGHT - paced roughly in the early stages of the score-up after briefly getting its head under the mobile barrier arm. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room until late in the run home.
HONOUR SCROLL - forced wider on the track near the 1700 metres.
LITTLE GEE - raced wide without cover from the 800 metres.
FLAMBOYANT - paced roughly at the start. Over-raced early stages.
DREAMINSOVER - driver S Thornley advised the gelding had paced roughly throughout.
SONGBIRD - hampered near the 1650 metres.

Race 9   JOHN MORRISON RACING TROT
A false start was declared due to SOUTH PARK and CABELLA NOIR locking wheels just prior to the start.
HE'S A CASSANOVA - broke at the start losing all chance.
SOUTH PARK - broke at the start. Placed on the Unruly for future standing starts.
CABELLA NOIR - trainer R Archer advised the mare had been served since last racing.
DD'S SUPER STUART - trotted roughly passing the 100 metres and had to be steadied.
SUPERFAST GORSEY - raced wide early stages.
PRINCESS DAKOTA - hung inwards near the 750 metres dislodging several track markers.
MAKE MY SUNDON - broke on two occasions in the early stages. Broke again near the 300 metres.
BRYAN BORU - trotted roughly in the run home before breaking near the 300 metres.
TRES MAGNIFIQUE - broke briefly near the 1500 metres. Trotted roughly in the early stages of the run home.
RESOLVE - raced wide early stages.
THIS TIME GAMBLE - broke in the early stages. Broke again passing the 1400 metres losing all chance.
Race 10   ROSS HOUGHTON STABLES FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
MAREN FRANCO - lay inwards throughout the run home.
ALENE - over-raced in the early stages. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
KUSANOVA - trainer T Yesberg advised Stewards on 22 November that the mare has been treated for a cough and respiratory complaint since last racing.
HELLO ADELE - over-raced in the middle stages.
PASSION AND POWER - improved wide without cover from the 600 metres. Hung inwards passing the 200 metres and shifted ground despite the efforts of driver J Dunn.
ZIA BROMAC - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
KATHERINE - held up in the early and middle stages of the run home. When questioned regarding the performance trainer B Negus advised the filly had capitalised on its preferred racing style when saved for one run and had performed well in its previous start on a grass track.
Race 11   ADVANCED JOINERY MOBILE PACE
SOPHIA BROMAC - broke as the start was effected hampering a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
PRECIOUS SARA - weakened over the concluding stages.
IDEALINGOLD - lay inwards final bend and in the run home.
WILL HE ROCK - out of position at the start. Driver J Simpson was issued with a warning.
GLEN ELGIN TOMSON - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Held up leaving the final bend. When spoken to regarding the performance driver B Orange advised that the gelding has raced well on this track in previous starts and had received an economical run throughout.
MARK O'RONGA - became awkwardly placed close to the sulky of ELO LOUISE near the 1200 metres when over-racing. Weakened leaving the final bend.
