ARTFUL LIVING - Trainer D Jones was warned for the late presentation of the gelding onto the racetrack. Raced wide early stages. Lay in through the middle stages.
BIG SKEWY - slightly out of position at the start despite the efforts of its driver. Stewards spoke with Driver D Butcher regarding the reasons why he was slightly back from the mobile at the start and after considering Mr Butcher's explanation took the matter no further.
BET ON STEPH - raced in restricted room to the inside of NICKY JAY, which lay in on the final bend, and briefly locked wheels with ROCKNROYDON.
Race 3   "LATHER UP" FILLIES & MARES SPEED SERIES MOBILE PACE
WESTBURN BLISS - Trainer I Court was warned for presenting the mare without the notified blinds.
SHEZSOMETHINSPECIAL - over-raced middle stages.
Race 4   HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY SAMANTHA TANE MOBILE PACE
The start of the race was delayed due to several ducks having to be removed from the track.
LEXIE SHARD - paced roughly when racing into the first bend.
NOWUCMENOWUDON'T - compounded on the final bend. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Driver T Mitchell reported that the filly had over-raced when in the parked position.
IDEAL ZEN - lay in and had to be steadied entering the final bend after having been shifted wider on the track which resulted in the horse losing some momentum.
AURELIA COTTA - out of position at the start despite the efforts of the driver S Thornley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Paced roughly and lay in on the final bend contacting a track marker.
LAVISH ART - the boring pole was removed following the mare warming up unfavourably. Raced ungenerously throughout. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5   THE DOUG BRADLEY PAINTERS PALMERSTONIAN CUP (MOB PACE)
RAKE - locked wheels with RUN MASON RUN approaching the 2000 metres and lost ground.
RUN MASON RUN - paced roughly and hung inwards near the 2000 metres despite the efforts of driver B Towers resulting in the gelding locking wheels with RAKE with both horses losing ground. After reviewing the films of the incident Stewards could not attribute blame to either driver. Weakened from the 400 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
BROOKIES JAFFA - raced wide early stages. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of co-trainer J Teaz which proved inconclusive. Mr Teaz advised he would be having the gelding examined by his own vet in the coming days and undertook to notify Stewards of the results.
MOGUL - out of position at the start. Stewards spoke to Driver S Thornley (assisted by B Orange) who advised the gelding had made a tardy beginning from the same position behind the mobile on the first day of the meeting and had felt slightly lethargic in the score up today. He added he was keen to ensure the horse was correctly balanced as the start was effected and that, along with not being that familiar with the exact location of the start point of the race, meant he ended up slightly back off the mobile. After considering this explanation Mr Thornley was issued with a warning and reminded of his obligations to ensure he is in the correct position in future races.
Co-trainer J Teaz advised Stewards on 25 November that BROOKIES JAFFA has had its stifles injected after soreness was revealed during a veterinary examination.
Race 6   HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY STACY VETTE MOBILE PACE
MAYA ANGELOU - over-raced early and middle stages.

WAINGARO IDEAL - over-raced middle stages.
Race 7   RACING AGAIN HERE 7th & 9th DECEMBER MOBILE PACE
MOP - raced wide early stages until assuming the parked position at the 2000 metres. Driver D Butcher advised the filly had raced keenly throughout which took a toll on its performance over the concluding stages.
RORY MCILROY - lay in on the final bend striking several track markers.
