Trainer B Norman advised Stewards on 7 November that MAHINDI has been scoped with no abnormalities detected and will continue with its current preparation.

Stable representative T Dewe advised Stewards on 7 November that SIR BRIGADOON has recovered well following its performance on 28 October and has been sent for a spell.

Race 1   JOIN THE SUCCESSFUL TRICODE SYNDICATE TROT
A false start was declared due to the barrier strand failing to clear inside runners.
BACARDI PRIDE - broke racing into the first bend then switched to a pace for a short distance before being broken up by its driver. Again broke passing the 100 metres.
KIWI HEIR - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground hampering trailing runners. Again broke near the 1200 metres losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare. Trainer B Norman advised KIWI HEIR would now be sent for a spell.
RANDOM SPUR - hampered by a breaking runner in the early stages. Broke near the 400 metres.
SON OF MAJESTIC - broke passing the 1500 metres losing ground.
JOHNS BOY - hampered by a breaking runner in the early stages.
CHICK MAGNET - displayed poor barrier manners prior to the start. Reared and fell to the track after the Starter had called a false start. Declared a late scratching by Order of Stewards due to unsatisfactory manners. Stood down to complete one satisfactory trial from a standing start prior to resuming.
DON AMECHE - broke shortly after start. Again broke rounding the first bend losing all chance.
UNDER THE RADAR - slow through the early stages losing ground. Briefly held up rounding the final bend.
Race 2   OWN A SHARE IN 'WITH A BANG' MOBILE PACE
TOMMYSONAROLL - lay outwards rounding the final bend and throughout the run home.
SLY TRICKS - raced wide into the first bend.
BROMAC HYPE - raced wide in the early stages prior to reaching the parked position near the 1600 metres. Over-raced in the middle stages.
NYLA - lay inwards on the bend near the 1000 metres when improving wide on the track.
ELLZ ANGEL - held up in the early and middle stages of the run home.
Race 3   RACE SIX HORSES & A GREYHOUND MOBILE PACE
ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN - weakened on the final bend.
TWO THUMBS UP - paced roughly shortly after the start and again near the 1800 metres after a slight easing of the pace and had to be steadied which briefly hampered a trailing runner. Raced wide without cover from the 1100 metres. Weakened on the final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
JUSTALITTLESIP - raced wide in the early stages.
PERONI - raced wide in the early stages prior to reaching the parked position near the 1500 metres.
RAGING ON - broke briefly near the 600 metres losing ground. Weakened on the final bend. Junior driver E Barron reported she would be recommending gear changes.
WALL STREET - briefly hampered near the 1800 metres losing ground.
MAJOR DOLMIO - held up by a weakening runner on the final bend.
Race 4   NO DEPOSIT - ONLY $80 A MONTH FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
SANTERIA - broke over the concluding stages.
BAILEYS ART - held up briefly passing the 100 metres.
THREETIMESBETTER - raced greenly in the score-up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Continued to race greenly through the early stages causing Driver P Hunter some difficulty. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
CELTIC ABBEY - briefly hampered in the middle stages of the score-up. Broke just prior to the start losing ground. Stewards spoke with Driver B Williamson regarding the mare being hampered in the score-up who advised that he had not been denied a fair start. Accordingly, Stewards took the matter no further. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room over the final stages.
ROCK MY MIND - raced wide in the early stages prior to reaching the parked position near the 1700 metres.
DOYAFEELUCKY - lost contact with the body of the field from the 1000 metres before weakening from the 600 metres. Driver R McIlwrick advised the mare had been striking its knee throughout. Mr McIlwrick added that he would be recommending the mare be restricted to bigger tracks for its immediate racing future. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have an elevated respiratory rate and slow recovery. Trainer S Kelly advised he will have blood tests conducted in the coming days which Stewards will follow up.
STUNIN STAR - raced four-wide from the 600 metres.
Race 5   CONTACT PETER KETT 03 2156206 HANDICAP TROT
MISS JESSICA - hung inwards and raced inside track markers on the first bend.
PAT THE MONKEY - locked wheels with ONE TWO MENNY for a distance near the 2300 metres.
DANANGUS FELLA - broke at the start losing all chance.
DENN NEE'S SISTER - hung inwards near the 1300 metres striking several track markers. Again hung inwards on the final bend striking track markers. Driver J Morrison advised he would be recommending gear changes prior to the mare racing next.
ONE TWO MENNY - tangled away. Hung inwards rounding the first bend and broke after locking wheels with PAT THE MONKEY for a distance near the 2300 metres. Again broke briefly near the 1600 metres. Over-raced through the middle stages. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
BILL - broke at the start losing all chance.
Race 6   CONTACT PETER KETT 0274 377 420 FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
EMMA STONE - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend and struck the sulky wheel of NUTCRACKER before contacting track markers.
NUTCRACKER - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend by an outside runner with the filly's inside sulky wheel being struck by EMMA STONE which punctured and came off the rim.
VON ART - held up leaving the final bend and for the majority of the run home.
WATTLEBANK STAR - Driver K Barclay defended a charge alleging that she drove carelessly near the 1500 metres when shifting ground crowding inside runners with EMMA STONE striking the sulky wheel of NUTCRACKER resulting in the tyre being punctured and coming off the rim. The Adjudicative Committee adjourned this matter to be heard on Sunday 14 November.
CARRERA BELLE - broke briefly after 150 metres. Over-raced near the 1200 metres and again broke losing ground. Weakened from the 400 metres.
CALICO HILL - out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
RAKAREPLAY - hung inwards on the final bend.
JAFFIE J - over-raced in the middle stages.
Driver K Barclay (WATTLEBANK STAR) defended a charge alleging that she drove carelessly near the 1500 metres when shifting ground crowding the racing room of the inside NUTCRACKER (C Ferguson) down onto EMMA STONE (K Tomlinson) which made contact with track markers and struck the sulky wheel of NUTCRACKER resulting in the tyre being punctured and coming off the rim. After viewing replays and hearing the evidence, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Mrs Barclay's drivers licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 3 December 2021 (3 days).
Race 7   LEVEL ONE RESTAURANT & BAR MOBILE PACE
PAUL'S VERDICT - broke in the score-up and was out of position at the start briefly hampering a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Weakened on the final bend. When spoken to regarding the performance Trainer/Driver M Williamson expressed disappointment with the effort however could offer no explanation. Mr Williamson added he would now give the gelding a brief freshen-up.
ROCK TO THE BOSS - held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
VINTAGE ROSE - hung outwards on various occasions during the running.
JABALI - briefly hampered in the score-up and was out of position at the start. Authorisation of placings was withheld until Driver S Ottley had viewed the replays of the start and was satisfied this gelding had not been denied a fair start when briefly hampered in the score-up. Held up in the early and middle stages of the run home.
MACH O'MELLEY - weakened on the final bend.
FIREFOREFIDDLE - over raced in the score-up. Briefly hampered shortly after the start by a breaking runner.
Race 8   P-NUTS BIG DAY OUT MOBILE PACE
DUKE OF CORNWALL - lay inwards on the final bend when held up and contacted track markers.
MUCHO MACHO MAN - lay inwards on the final bend contacting track markers.
KAGEE VC - raced four-wide from the 600 metres.
RACING MINISTER - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after the gelding appeared to be uneven its gait during the preliminary and was subsequently declared a late scratching at 3.56pm after being found to be lame in the off fore leg. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
Race 9   RAGING BULL AT MACCA LODGE MOBILE PACE
CAST A SHADOW - held up in the early stages of the run home.
WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - shifted outwards throughout the run home despite the efforts of Driver M Williamson.
BENSONS MATE - broke in the score-up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide without cover from the 1400 metres. Paced roughly near the 900 metres losing ground. Again paced roughly near the 400 metres and was eased out of the race by Junior Driver K Newman. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer C Jones advised the gelding had been striking its knee throughout and would be better suited to racing on bigger tracks. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
LOVE ON THE ROCKS - paced roughly and broke briefly in the early stages of the run home.
ART COURAGE - over-raced in the middle stages.
