Race 8 - LAZARUS AT ALABAR' METHVEN CUP (HANDICAP PACE) |
Driver S McNally (CRANBOURNE) defended a charge under Rule 857(7)(a) alleging that he delayed the start by turning out of formation without the permission of the Starter. After viewing the replays and hearing from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charged proved and Mr McNally's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 12 November up to and including 20 November 2021 (2 days). |
