Mr Hope, who declined assistance from a senior driver, admitted the breach and the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250. | |

After viewing the replays and hearing from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charged proved and Mr McNally's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 12 November up to and including 20 November 2021 (2 days). |

After hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Holmes' driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 21 October 2021 (3 days). | |

A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare was slightly sore in the hindquarters. The connections advised they will have blood tests taken in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results. | |
Trainer K Townley advised Stewards on 14 October that blood tests taken from VACATION HILL revealed several irregularities with the mare being treated prior to resuming. |

ROSIES TERROR - broke in the score up losing ground and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Trainer G Prendergast reported the mare had cast the off fore shoe in the early stages. | |
PLAY BY EAR - weakened passing the 900 metres and then compounded thereafter being distanced over the final stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG. | |
FRANCO CORNEL - raced wide early stages. Raced roughly on occasions when racing wide in the middle stages. Broke near the 700 metres. When questioned regarding the gelding's performance driver T Williams could offer no explanation. |
